I'm sorry this happened to you and your sister. I hope you are both okay. In the future if you want to get something from a dog trade it for something better (like a treat, toy, chewy etc.) Also I'd recommend working on a drop it cue, and I'll link some videos for you...

Aussies are my dream breed because of their stamina and focus to learn anything. I also love how they're so loyal, Lacey's like a sticker she'll follow you anywhere and hug you goodbye <3 Australian Shepherds are also very intelligent and curious and I love that! Finally, Aussies are also a high activity dog so you def. need a lot of physical playtime and mental activities!

Their physical appearance is also very striking!

^my girl is part aussie. definitely has the energy and intelligence, but lacks in her ability to focus. that being said, she is mostly husky (which is then followed by aussie). we tested her with embark 2 years ago! her results are here if anyone wants to check them out, they’re pretty cool! embk.me/blue87



we had a bit of a scare with her recently. she decided to swallow a big sock on father’s day. we rushed her to the emergency vet clinic right away, and they were able to induce vomiting and get the sock out very quickly. thankful that it was quickly resolved, but it was not how i envisioned father’s day going. we had to cancel plans to visit family because of this goofy mcgoofus.
