Starry Sky would be the one to have it and since she is a cat with stars in her fur then she feels it would only be appropriate to welcome a dog star to her to show how she is excepting of all no matter what species they are.

i am soooo sorry...i have been flipflopping back and forth on whether or not to make Starry Sky a male or female that i forgot what i decided. i was thinking of making him a hermaphrodite, but i was not sure if that would be accepted and still have him be able to carry kits.
