Storm was pretty relaxed even though there were so many people around him, which wasn't the best ideal for Storm. " Ya thats fine, we got to destroy some zombies" Storm was just waiting hopefully he wouldnt wait much longer. Then he saw some zombies and started to kill them. Storm kinda wanted to have a conversation with Atlas but because of Atlas having telepathy he was more focused on other conversations, but who with? After a little bit of seeing nothing, Storm decided to get out his journal and write in it. So he wrote about his day what he learned and things he noticed about Atlas. Like how he was very calm until you got in his way. So then he decided to say to Atlas, " You know my favorite color is white because it represents peace something I haven't gotten sense this whole thing started. " Most of what Storm said was true but how long it has been sense he got peace. Storm hadn't got peace sense he was around the age of 11. It had been so long maybe he was never going to get peace again but he could only hope. Hope something he had to have if he was going to survive the apocalypse.

As we worked through the waves of zombies I found that they were slowly starting to thin out. By the time that we had managed to clear out the whole area I found that I was covered in zombie ooz. Gross.
This was another reason I wore a jacket, zombie blood or whatever you would like to called it smelled, like really bad. After being in the group, I had discovered that it smelled differently to everyone- some times like rotten egg for others like sewer. For me, it smelled like fermented milk mixed in with bad breath.
Panting a little bit, I looked over to Percy and smiled a little bit. Well I had been splashed repetitively with the substance, Percy was literally soaked and dripping with it. I had to avert my eyes as I struggled to hold back a laugh as I possessed a cheeky grin.
Looking over to Aurora as we could finally have a moment to communicate, I met her eyes and gave her a small wave and shrugged. I then twirled around my wrist with the battle baton in it, passing it to the other hand I gave her a small thumbs up.
Sorry we were late to the fighting. Good job.

aries looked caspia up and down, taking note of her ragged appearance. "i can see that." aries sighed. "caspia, could you get jiyeon to organize some fighters to clear the gate? there's a whole horde trying to break in as we speak." they took a deep breath, and suddenly started coughing. after the fit passed, aries smiled sheepishly. "i guess my cough has gotten worse. cujo, do you have anything i could take for this?" suddenly, their head perked up, and they went quiet, listening. "i hear that there's already people fighting, so scratch that caspia." aries sighed. "um, i'm gonna catch you guys later, uhh... cas would you catch me up to speed in about an hour or two? i- i gotta go." aries stumbled away, holding their head. finally they collapsed behind the house, their head in their hands. the sounds of fighting were so loud, aries couldn't block it out. it was one of the downsides of the superhearing ability.

marley nearly jumped out of her skin as the knife whizzed past her head. her hand flew to the side of her face, where she felt a small clump of hair missing. "you clipped my hair!" marley let out a puff of air. "wha- you- no! my job is not easy! let's see you sneak through a horde of zambies and not alert a single one." she tightened her grip on the railing until her knuckles went white." she cast a narrow-eyed glance at tripp, ignoring his comment.

xxxxxxxxBow had acknowledged Aurora more then once. While she struggled to reply the first time, as Bow grew busy fending more of the horde off and she joined from above, the second time she offered her a smile of recognition. Mouthing a "no problem" her way. Things had started to thin out after the others joined and as far she could tell things were safe to patrol now. Should she offer to tag along with them? It wouldn't hurt and they might need backup at some point, plus it wasn't like there was anything else for her to do. She had drowned Marley and her whining out for the most part but decided to shoot back when she overheard her challenge, "I'd love to try. However I wouldn't give yourself so much credit, considering your power does give you the ability to be completely silent." That should shut her up for good.
xxxxxxxxAtlas, tell Tripp I'll be tagging along this trip. Ironic, Tripp and trip. The sentence just sounded ridiculous but she didn't pay any more mind to it. She just wanted to let him know she'd be coming. How he was going to take to it was undetermined, but they'd be smart to bring a fighter if things did get hairy. She descended from the building then and back onto the ground.

Spending the first half of her day contentedly avoiding just about everyone, only giving quick acknowledging nods or 'hellos' when necessary, Nora found herself wandering back to the house in her boredom and expertly making her way up to the third floor of the building. Not entirely surprised to find the building empty at this time of the day, knowing that as restless as everyone was they were sure to be out training or something like that, Nora let the relative stillness wash over her and let out a sigh as she gave a quick check over the extra supply storage. Glad to see that they weren't in desperate need of anything just yet, but still aware that a quick supply run wouldn't hurt the cause regardless, the blonde female was preparing a mental checklist of the things they'd need to keep an eye out for if the other's agreed to come when the sudden sound of fighting stopped her in her tracks.

Turning her attention to the nearest window, Nora walked closer to it and gave a scan over to the gates where the clashing sound seemed to be coming from, frowning as she watched a few of the group members fighting off the gathering horde; honestly, it was growing a bit concerning that this many zombies were gathering so close to their camp, and while she tried not to let her worries get too out of hand the girl could still feel that tingling warmth overtake her as her skin unconsciously began to shine. Only noticing her physical state when the room began to brighten, Nora mentally cursed herself and turned away from the window in an attempt to calm down, relieved when she noted that she'd finally stopped glowing; while she wasn't entirely ungrateful for the power, as it certainly helped in times where they were trying to gather supplies in darker places, Nora couldn't help but to feel a bit jealous over some of the other's abilities. At least they could defend themselves with their powers.

Not letting herself dwell too much on the things she couldn't change, Nora tucked her hands in the back pockets of her black rolled-up jeans and made her way back out of the house, ready to start to ask around if anyone wanted to go on a supply run when she spotted a figure crouching down beside the building. Again stopping in her tracks, squinting to see who it was, Nora tried to push away the need to help their leader but found the effort to be useless as she slowly made her way closer to the blue haired female. Standing a few feet away so as not to scare the other, leaning up against the wall nonchalantly, Nora brought her line of sight down to the female beside her and tried her best to offer her support "Hey, you alright there?"

The fighters were like a well oiled machine, some how they always managed to stay out of each others way and get the work they need to be done very quickly. He caught a glance at Bow for a moment " guess I need a wash.." he chuckled and smiled. He was finishing up the last of the dead, using up almost all his strength but of course he would never show it.
He did find aurora and Marley's bicker quite entertaining. Finding a smirk across his face, they both seemed like maybe they were short tempered towards eachother, it made him wonder why.
He looked around, scanning the area for a moment before seeing there was no living dead left. Trying to wipe off the gross stuff on his arms as much as he could. If anyone though he smelled before he could probably clear a room now. He pulled his shirt off once again, but used the shirt as a cloth to help clean himself.

Atlas offered a smile to the boy as he went to take down some zombies. He was more the eyes of the whole operation, since he wasnt the fighting type he couldnt really do much but during the fight every once and awhile he would telepathically tell some one about a zombie closing in on them. Once it was clear storm spoke to him again. "Hmmm. That's an interesting reason to like a color." he said. "im... sure we will have peace eventually, something like this cant go on forever."
But to be honest he wasnt to confident about a positive change himself.
He turned into Auroras thoughts as she had said his name.
Sounds like you'll be having fun....sure I'll let him know. he sent to her. He could tell something was going on between her and the Marley girl. It was only natural they butted heads.
He sent the message to Tripp, before turning his full attention back to storm.

He looked at the two girls as they each exchanged words. It was interesting to have two people not get along. Most the time it was rather quite, well aside from the groaning zombies. Most people just got along because of the situation they are all stuck in. But these two, they were both fiery in a way to him.
He heard atlas Aurora is tagging along with you for the scouting trip. I suggest you take her along incase you guys run into any trouble.
Tripp fought back a smirk. He put a hand onto Marley's shoulder "well looks like you and your new best friend are going to go for a stroll and talk some more. Aurora is coming with us for the scouting." although if they were to make too much noise or put anyone in danger he wouldn't have a second thought in telling them how it is. Besides safety came first because their numbers were most important right now.

Storm didn't really know what else to say? What would he say something about food or zombies? There wasn't much else he could say, Storm sometimes wished that he could just go to the simpler times. Well they werent really simple considering he had to help his siblings out and feed them while also going to school but at least he didnt worry about getting sick and turning into a zombie. So he killed some more zombies and then asked Atlas, "So what did you do before the apocalypse? I always helped out my siblings and worked around the house." Then he killed some more zombies waiting for his response, he wonderd what was Atlas's life was he in school? There was a lot of questions in Storm's mind, maybe he just wanted some friends or just someone to talk too. Hopefully he would find some friends. Some people that could be his friends one day.

"oh! hey, nora, i'm okay, thanks. i just-" aries flinched, lowering her head once more, her hands pressed to her ears. a particularly loud screech piercing her mind. she shuddered, regaining her composure. "sorry, the fighters are clearing the front gate of zombies, and it's-" she flinched again "it's just really loud." aries hated showing weakness to anyone, and she could feel her ears heating up.

marley whipped her head around to face tripp. "she's what?!" she frowned, turning back around to look at the fighters, focusing her attention on aurora. she shook tripp's hand off her shoulder. "fine, but i'm not talking to her." the zombies had mostly cleared out by now, only a few stragglers remaining. marley jumped off the railing once more, striding towards the gate. "i'm off, with or without you two." she called out behind her. "keep up or get left behind!"

now that he didnt have to worry much on people's thoughts he could keep his attention focused on Storm. He looked down at the ground when asked about before then apocalypse but then kind smile he had on his face remained. It was obvious this kid wanted a friend or some conversation, and he knew that without reading his thoughts. "its not much different from now honestly. Still keeping Percy out of trouble...well atleast trying to. And fighting for the people I care about." he paused for a moment. He could hear storms thoughts. Did he go to school? "I went to high school, I graduated 2 years early though. Cant say the same about my brother but we both went to high school out here." he said. Some people get annoyed or mad at him for reading thoughts but he didn't care, they all knew his ability. "what about you storm? High school? A sweetheart?" he asked.

Marley's attitude was starting to get on his nerves. He jumped down from the tower and he reached out and grabbed her wrist "That's NOT how this works! I'm in charge of YOU. not the other way around!" he gritted his teeth. "now you can act tough all you want but under my watch you need to act smarter. What do you think you're going to do if you run into a horde? Take them all on by yourself? Cause that will surely get you killed! You got a brain USE IT. You need to have a buddy system when doing a perimeter outside the walls, including a fighter who can handle a small horde if it comes down to it. Your ability alone wont make you safe or be able to handle one." he growled. There was this darkness in his eyes but a flicker what looked like he cared was in his eyes. But it was the truth, people needed to stick together, especially when it comes down to doing scouting. Marley and his ability combined wouldnt be able to help them if they got stuck in a rough place.

That was one thing he wished he could have done instead of taking care of his siblings. He went to high school and that was the only time he got to have a break and even then he had to learn which wasnt relaxing.
