I'm glad the staff actually took a serious stance on this. I was worried this issue was going to be ignored.

It's impossible to make an accurate costume that is "Native American," because they have so many different nations that all dress differently and there's no such thing as just one kind of Native American clothing. It's important to recognize the diversity within Indigenous peoples!

and also thank you for acknowledging the problematic phrasing of the deerskin costume and offering a replacement for it, i was honestly a little surprised to learn it was still on the site but it's never too late to change for the better :D

I'm also curious about this as the main post did note them as being dismissive/ offensive but at first they were allowed on site. I'd like to know if I can report people with these things in their signature and not be penalized.
