Considering the c$ equals a high ex-september list and a '13 store pet goes for 2 '09 rares this is definitely overpay rarity-wise. Not sure about demand tho.

this is unfair to you. your side adds up to about 1 '11 rare, a 2014 rare, a 2017 rare, a 2017 common, a 2015 uncommon, and a 2015 common. (i wasn't sure how to break it down further, sorry if that's not the best way to put it lol)

both sides add up to 6 nons depending on how you value t7s. not sure about demand though since quantity/variety does have a value of its own. Also a lot of the MAs are TD and they may go for overpay.

agreed, both sides would add up to 6 nons.
12 mas = 1 non already considers quantity i'm pretty sure, as the number of mid advents per non used to be a lot higher a while back.
