Lassie rolled her eyes and began to walk further down. She tilted her head and saw a blurry figure along the road. "Hello?" she barked. The figure saw her and ran, then Lassie ran after it. She noticed it was a little girl, she hid under a bench. Lassie crouched down and licked her hand. Soon, the little girl came out and hugged Lassie around the neck. Appearently, she was homeless. The girl was no taller than Lassie's leg. Soon, she figured her name was Anemone.

Lassie let the Anemone ride on her back, she was very little and light for a four year old. Suddenly, Lassie spotted Tiki and Delgado through the rain. "Delgado?" she wandered aloud.

Rocco ran at a slower pace.

Lassie stopped in her tracks, "Errm... Sorry I didn't know if it was you..." She shakes some water off. "Why are you on the streets? You have a home and family..." She stopped and flinched as Anemone clung onto my chain, shivering and scared of the two dogs.
