brave with a passion for his clan, however holds a sof

the tom is considerate and open-minded, never one t
o close out anything just because. he is not one to ju
dge others, but tries to get to know newcomers befo
re ever deciding upon who he thinks they are. sunsha
de is a tom for second chances, quite the forgiving feli
ne. he's quite sociable and friendly, a social butterfly a
s most would put it. he's also a big cuddle bug and enjo
ys showing his clanmates with affection - sometimes
more than others like, sometimes he can go a bit far a
nd can be a bit pushy concerning it. he's a charming ch
aracter who is always there for his clanmates. even so,
his past often haunts him - despite his friendliness he i
s still rather closed-off toward his own feelings. xxxxx

despite his bright nature, sunshade's past was all but b
right. sunshade was originally born an outsider, to his
loving mother. he was one of the only two kits of his l
itter - his other littermate his beloved brother shade.
for the first four moons of their life, everything was fi
ne until the return of their father. sun knew things wer
en't going to be the same by the change in his mother'
s attitude. his father demanded the kits and of course
his mother resisted. he only sat there and watched wi
th his brother as his mother was killed. that was the e
nd of that simple life. under their father's care he pus
hed them to their limits and his training and alongside
a trusted friend the two turned the kits into horrifying
beasts. sun had quickly adapted to these new ways, b
ut after coming across a clan cat and making friends w
ith them he discovered how horrible his ways were. t
he fateful night came when sun and shade opposed t
heir father claiming he had done enough. a fight brok
e out resulting in the death of shade. in his fury sun av
enged his brother - in his father's final words he merel
y praised his son claiming he'd raised him right. with no
thing left he joined the clan, taking the name sunshade
in memory of his brother. but, the past still haunts him
and he questions himself often if he's really changed.
