I used to stay with my aunt & uncle on the countryside during my summer vacations and in the evening my uncle would watch politics and I would fall asleep in the armchair because they were so boring yet so relaxing.

I have this little thing of hand cream and its very relaxing for me to hold it and squeeze it when the lid is closed.

Some might find this thing annoying, but I really find the "tick-tock" of a clock to be really nice and relaxing. I think it's because it's on a nice steady beat and fills in most of the silence?

I have a lot of sensory issues, so I feel really relaxed rubbing my lips/mouth against fabric, like stuffed animals, not chewing on them, just like gently touching them. I like how the sense of touch is enhanced.

I've never heard of that before, but I tried it and yes, I agree. It's a really nice feeling.

I don't know why, but thinking of old memories honestly puts me at ease.
The memories aren't even that old sometimes, i think of early 2019 sometimes, yet SOMETHING about that still makes me feel super calm.

this might be weird, bu biting anything can calm me.
its very weird, but it is what it is.
like i would chew on my hair for like an hour.
also listening to music and daydreaming the events of the lyrics.
and on the chewing thing, when im stressed i clench my teeth too and my jaw hurts after that.
