Non balloons are valued at 0.25-0.5 nons so since they can go for a sorb each yes it's fair just depends if you value them at a sorb or below.
(I traded my nonballoon plus 2 09 rares for a pink punk but it took me a while to trade it off as no one was really sure the worth/demand of the nonballoon at the time seemingly altho this doesn't seem to be as much of an issue now, I think it's an alright offer just depends if you want two non balloons)
