“Oh, that’s hilarious,” Grey snickered, staring down the tub as she dug in. “Nah, but if I were to be a pumpkin cause of it, just for weird magic effects-sake, promise you’ll carve me into something cool.” He dropped his head below his shoulders, adjusting to the corner of the bed. “I... can’t say I do? Not really. I’m just particular- lucky food isn’t in the category I care much for when it comes to contamination. Probably would eat a fry past the 5, even 30 second, rule, if that proves anything.” He watched as a frown formed on Lilith face, and before leaning to finally try a scoop, he retracted himself to observe, and wonder what could’ve happened to make her suddenly more upset.

He released the sounds of text-to-speech reading the results of slamming your keyboard, and laughed. “Who me? Really!” He paused, thinking. In a moment of thought, he unconsciously bit into the spoon he held, and visibly froze once he realized what had collided with his teeth. “Uhhh,” Grey rose his shoulders and withdrawaled from the utensil and grimaced. “I don’t think- well for one, I-“ he narrowed his eyes, staring at nothing. Should I tell her? I mean what use is it to let her know...? Just...hint it. Maybe. A little. “Seriously, I can’t spit out a word, ugh- I think she would’ve mailed me with another hug, if I was left alone,” he joked, attempting a smile. “Besides, I wasn’t having the grandest of times. I would... likely have to have you around to do that.” That’s enough of a hint. Too much said already- if she doesn’t get it, so what. I bet Tulip thought I was joking too, hah, but god I could’ve collapsed being that nervous- I literally flirted with her out of fear...

The loving and playful fox boy flicked his tail a few times, as his ears twitched. He huffed a bit as he looked at Kai-Min...He then shook his head a couple times. He glanced to grandma as she ordered and pulled out a coin purse. He smiled then looked to Kai- Min again. He hummed as he said “Pulled pork or meatloaf, do they have either of those?”

The nice old fox lady twitched her ears, tail flicking a few times. She checked and made sure Jessica was still there. She hummed a bit as she checked the board herself. She managed to find sushi and ordered that, producing a coin purse from somewhere.

The sweet and gentle redhead smiled a bit at her cat, and her son. She took them to the room then. She set the child and cat on the bed. She began to unpack.

The sweet and loving short haired cat individual smiled at Kuroa. Black ears atop their head twitched again, the black tail gently flicking. They hummed and continued down the hall. They looked around for the place.

The sweet and gentle tan skinned individual flicked black ears and the white tipped tail. He huffed a bit... He followed the cat one down the hallway quietly. He too was looking around in search of what might be theirs temporarily.

At least, she finishes setting up her room. Everything in perfect order, just as she likes it. She sets her stars on her nightstand before looking out the window.It sure is lonely here She thinks to herself as she stares out into the world. I should make some friends. If I'm luckily, maybe I'll even find a roommate. It sucks being all alone. She sighs, but stands and walks towards her door. "Time to make some friends, Ellie. You've got this. Nobody here is going to hurt you." She then walks out and down the hallway, looking for some new people to interact with.

It simply felt nice to stretch her legs.

He gave the girl a warm smile and waved.

tyler couldn't help but smile when francesca agreed to hang out with him. in all actuality tyler has never really hung out with people his age. most of the time he's way too shy to introduce himself for people, and at the moment he was grateful toward francesca as she was the one who had initiated conversation with him. if not for her he most likely wouldn't of gotten to know her otherwise. thinking about it made tyler feel a little bad because he actually really liked talking to her. perhaps he would try a little harder when it comes to socializing. why would i be scared of you? he asked. as he did tyler folded his wings tightly against his back once more, not wanting to make a mess with feathers any more than he has. grabbing a hold of his upper arm tyler had an idea as francesca mentioned that she could sing. i .. could play guitar for you in return for singing, the red head stated, glancing back to where all the luggage had been. it was gone, stella having took it to their hotel room. i'd have to go grab my guitar from my room, then maybe we could go find a park or garden to go to, maybe the beach, tyler looked back to francesca, softly smiling at her, his fangs poking out.

yes, i suppose not. so you really should be more attentive because you might just run into someone not as forgiving as me, stella said, her tone of voice sounding a little annoyed as well as bored. as the other female explained that there was a snack room and just had to take all she could carry, stella's wings twitched and she raised an eyebrow. how could you not ... hmm, a little something called self restraint might aid you in making that choice. clearly, though, you don't have any, the woman said, gesturing to the crumbs on the floor the bags in the girl's hands. stella herself kept away from most mortal food as much of it didn't appeal to her. other than cooked meats and chocolate, stella didn't find any enjoyment in eating other foods. mainly she just stuck to drinking blood as it's the stuff that keeps her alive and taste most delicious to her. even when finding prey to drink from, which is animals much of the time as most people oppose being fed off of, stella knows when she has had her fill, unlike the girl before her. then, as the girl began to protest being called a kid stella rolled her eyes. i call it what i see it, and you are a child. taking a moment to sniff the air stella continued, even among the foul smell of those chemical things you call chips, you smell young. a hundred years from now i'm still going to look just as i am now, can you say the same, kid? stella stated with a challenging gaze, her tone calm but cold as she spoke.

after being introduced to the group who had found her, jessica found it no problem to follow along on the journey to the resort's cafe. trailing behind the group, as to not get her wings stepped on, jessica stayed silent for the most part as she was lost up in her head, daydreaming away. it wasn't until she and the others actually arrived at the cafe and kai-min address her did she snap out of her daze. blinking her blue eyes a few times the girl took a moment to look around at the cafe, taking in the scenery. yeah, i'll definitely have something! thanks kai-min, she gratefully said, bounding on her feet a little. wandering up to the counter jessica stared up at the menu, wondering what she should get. there's so many options ... she thought to herself as she skimmed over everything that was offered. as she tried to make a choice she gently tapped her foot against the ground and leaned up against the counter. oh- i know! i'll get a passion fruit smoothie! the blonde declared with a cheerful smile. looking over at the others she softly giggled at the nicknames that kai-min was giving to kotta and korrina. jessica was fond of making up nicknames for others so she might just steal the one's kai-min was making up, hopefully he won't mind. sitting down on a stool the girl at the counter jessica spun around once, sending some gray feathers flying off from her as she did so. ah, not again. oops, she muttered to herself, stopping herself as to not make more of a mess. the feathers floated down to the floor and from somewhere a little cleaning robot zoomed over and cleaned them up. thanks little buddy! she said to the automation with a little wave. turning to face the others jessica rested her elbow on the counter and rested her chin on her palm. kai-min, are you going to get anything as well? she inquired.

"Looks like they have pulled pork." Kai-Min pointed out. "Do you want just the meat? Or in a sandwich?" he asked, figuring that the cafe would be able to work with whatever was ordered - after all, everyone here was a creature of some sort, and not human. He did step aside to let Korrina order her sushi, and use her coin purse. Then, he glanced at Jessica when she spoke, looking much more perked up, and made her request. "Passion fruit smoothie. Got it, Angel Wings." Kai-Min replied, in acknowledgement of her order. Then, he shook his head a little. "Nah. I'm not hungry." he said. The pain he fed off from the elf earlier was definitely enough as a small meal, so he wasn't hungry anymore.

Rueben half expected to be asked more questions - questions that he would refuse to answer, of course. So the change of topic was appreciated and something of a surprise. Not that he was going to get much friendlier any time soon, of course. He glanced away, folding his arms across his chest, with a huff, though admittedly a little bit of pride. He hadn't done it to be nice - goodness, he was so very far from being nice - but only because he'd felt like he should. It made him useful, and hopefully wanted because of this - as much as he didn't act like it, he did want to be of some sort of value to others around him.
At the offer of going for a drink or a meal, Rueben shook his head. "No. That is not necessary." he said, rejecting it. Although, he was quite pleased the offer had been made at all - he would have though Fennoris would prefer to be out of his company, considering how cold and unfriendly he was being.
"That will have to be checked on and replaced daily." Rueben added, gesturing towards Fennoris' arm. "You are still able to carry your luggage?"

Most of the time, especially before he'd met Jessica, he'd leave a very negative impression on anyone he'd met. He blinked a couple of times as she spoke, and then smiled slightly, glancing away as he did so. "Well... now you know." Colt replied, waving his hands a little, showing that he didn't have a ring. Maybe one day he would, though... on his own terms, of course, he thought. "Yes. The same building is good enough." Colt agreed. He sighed quietly, contently, feeling more relaxed and happy than he'd been for a long time.
