If you're looking purely at rarities, the trade is unfair to you. The pink heart bun turned VR a whole year (July 2010) before the Light Leopard Dog did (Sept 2011), and the tribal bun has been VR since it was released in 2009. That suggests that the bunnies are technically rarer than the Light Leopard. (You can see their rarity changes here: Rarity Histories)

If you're asking about rarity in relation to the old Rare's List (keep in mind it is discontinued), you'll want to get someone else's opinion.

I have never heard of this particular pet being anymore valuable or in demand than any other random rare released at that time. A 2010 rare ranges from 20-30C$!

I would never trade that many items for so little, that's not even 1C$ per item. I think the trade is very unfair to you.

I don't know of anything special about that cat either, and I can't think what pet they may be confusing it for. It's very unfair to you.

For the second one, ur lion is worth about 2 nons, the avo alone doesn't even reach about 1 non. Extremely unfair to you, without even regarding the other advent lion and august pps.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to go with the tried and true "that's up to you and your trading partner" lol. It's going to depend on whether or not your partner goes by the Rare's List or by straight rarities. Especially since in this particular case what we know about these pets' rarity is so different from what the Rare's List has listed.
