I decided on two bunnies. :3 They are so cute! My friend should be coming up with them in another week or two. It's been a long time since I've had a Mini Rex. lol

May I ask what the difference is between feeding "show" rabbits and feeding "pet" rabbits is ? What quality different does the pellets have when looking into feeding for these specific raising methods ? I know meat rabbits need to pack on weight quickly, and the nutrients in their pellets should help with that . But I don't see how pet and show rabbits need different qualities of food ?

I feed my pet boy oxbow, the adult rabbit formula . But I also had him on the garden select for a little . I think I will be moving on to buying from tractor supply too- as that's where we get our dog food ( I usually order off of chewy for rabbit food ) .

People who raise show rabbits use a pellet designed for coat quality. They have certain minerals and such that keep the fur shiny and uniform. Pets just need the necessary nutrient not extra stuff the pack on weight or to maintain prime looks.

Since some users were talking about switching foods please be aware !
There is a recall on these foods because of a disease that acts as a 'covid-19' in rabbits. I will
edit this post if I get any more information than this, a friend sent it to me so it's all I have right now :(

What kind of angora? I've only ever had english
(and i showed jersey woolies for 10 years, but they are dwarfs and not exactly the same. lol)
