So what do you think is needed to make this fair or at least close to it.

I'm going to add a Halloween '09 VR PPS Horse and an '09 VR PPS Dice Pony to the side with the rats.

How close would that be to fair?

Nonballoon = Worth more than the Dark Shima

Dark Leopard = Worth less than Dark Shima

Rose PPS = Fair

That doesn't make it fair. Rares List is only a guide, but the difference between a Joker and the Sorbets is pretty sizeable.
