cherie is a usually quiet and very sweet person. she loves nature and art, particularly pastel and aquarell drawings have captured her heart. her love for art began in her early childhood where she used to draw for hours - sometimes even days on end. rather than go out and play she'd sit in her room, surrounded by the fantasy books she so dearly loved and took inspiration from to create her very own worlds and stories.

when she went to middle school she wasn't a highly social person. she did have a fair amount of friends but instead of meeting up with dozens of people she always preferred to stick to the small group of 3 of her best friends. when they met each other on weekends or after school they would either play outside, craft or draw things, or play video games together. these friends have stayed with cherie till today and they support each other in every way they can, no matter the situation!

the paragraphs above are still very rough, but they are the base of what I would be planning for her in terms of story! it will likely progress into her selling her art for a living and/or being a model. aside from the character development she would be receiving, I would use her as my main practice character for humanoid anatomy and hair, as these are the two things I struggle with the most and I don't own any humanoid characters yet because I haven't seen any that spark my interest so far. I really love her design and I will say an early congrats to whoever gets this sweet girl!

Not going to finish by tomorrow, so I'm going to just post the W.I.P image and post the update when I finish.



I'll be likely using her to get used to writing and drafting webcomics before I'm actually ready to start my professional one. My plans are to have her be a caretaker in a garden along with my character Elizabeth. I plan to name her Ciana, meaning 'light' for her calm veneer and somewhat relaxed yet determined attitude.

Edit: Regardless of who wins, the winner will get the finished piece.
