The mostly white male flicked his white tipped brown tail and twitched his ears. He shook his head back and forth gently a few times. The butterflies and warmth came back as he saw that smile...Not that it was a bad thing. He gasped and swallowed...then made other small sounds. He took a breath, steeling himself and saying “Y-Yes.”

The sweet and kind lady dog watched them with brown eyes. She chuckled and moved to follow the pup, though did so slowly so the boys could keep up. She made a few small sounds. Her tail flicked gently a bit.

The lovely dark spotted gray and white girl twitched her upright ear. She rushed down the hallway. She expected they were following behind her right now. She saw another trainee (Binkie) and barked to her as she stopped to wait.

The reddish dog sighed and ran over to the porch. It’s a good shelter from the rain, at least. She hummed a canine sound. She found Heidi and Hans there.

The white toed black husky let his white tipped tail fall to the ground when he sat. He then thought of what Sawyer had said, and felt warm. “It’s also raining...not that I should care,” he chuckled. He was a breed born for snow, so the cold didn’t really bother him.

Binkie flinched when she heard the sudden bark behind her. "AH!" She squealed, but then quickly cleared her throat to say, "I mean.. Who's there?"

Julius had followed Angel up the stairs, treading with caution. When they both arrived on the second floor, Julius paused and scented the air. It had the lingering smell of other dogs and a trail that seemed to be particularly trodden only by the pack leader, Ace. Nothing seemed quite interesting here, and he knew shouldn't intrude on a place that seemed meant for only rest. Looking back at Angel without a word, he made his way up the second staircase leading to a third floor.
