Immediently Nicole put on her 'innocent' mode. She squeaked quietly, to sound sweet, it was light like a little one's squeak. She hid behind grant and started to make her eyes water at will. This was her main defence, gaining sympathy from her enemies acting innocent, she wasn't the best at actual fighting. If this unknown mouse would attack them, she would have to depend on Grant to fight him.

T'sagi stared at the mouse who had just ducked behind her comrade. Interesting. He'd certanly had never had an experience of this sort before. "Did you trod on a thorn?" He was still trying to figure out why she was in tears.

"N-No..." She said barely in a whisper. Apparently this act was going well. Grant knows her reaction to things like this so she was certain that he wouldn't disrupt her little play. She sniffled and wiped a tear from her cheek.

"Then why on earth are you crying?" T'sagi was used to the young ones in his camp crying when they hurt themself, but she had no reason for tears. Unless of course, she was frightened. He'd seen that happen before too. Of what? Him? T'sagi narrowed his eye. Yes, maybe he looked threatening - not by choice - but he didn't attack without excuse.

She stopped sniffling for a short momment to look at him, but she quickly went back to her secret antics. It of course was common sense that she was 'scared.' But this guy was completely clueless. Based on his clothes, she assumed he was a bandit. She and Grant must have been crossing through his lands.

T'sagi fingered his sword hilt, dangling from its scabberd, which rested on his shoulder. Deciding that she wasn't going to give him any information, he focused his attention of the one who she was cowering behind. "Let me repat my question. Lost or foolish? This is my land here, and you have no buisness being out beyond the Border. If you're lost, I'll escort you out. If you're foolish, I think I'll bring you to my camp and let the others decide what to do with you." His face was set in a deep frown, his eye narrowed. He was dead serious.

He smirked and said "Foolish." It was halfway true. He was just fooling with Shayta. But the fun was over and it was about time to get going. He had lost a bit much of blood. Though he was always hurting himself and getting into this kind of trouble.

T'sagi unsheathed his sword. "Will you allow me to escort you to my camp, then?" His tone of voice was neautral, commanding but not threatening. The bandit didn't have any desire to hurt them. But they were trespassers none the less. A flash of red caught his attention and T'sagi stared at the mouse who had jsut spoken. His arm was bleeding. A shallow wound, but one of those one's that didn't stop bleeding for hours. Returning his gaze to his face, T'sagi took a step foward.

"No!" Nicole said in a muffled scream. She pushed Grant "No you stupid dumb ass!" She shouted to Grant over her fake tears. She clentched her fists and wiped some tears away from her eyes though she was still 'crying.' Momments later she was off in a heartbeat running as fast as she could. Wilted picked flowers fell out of her cloak as she ran revealing why she was even here in the first place and leaving a trail to where she was going.

T'sagi paused in mid-step, slightly stunned by the actions of the girl. One might even think she was crazy. He tightened his grip on his broadsword's handle and sighed in exasperation, eyeing the wilted flowers as they settled to the ground. Turning to the other mouse, he frowned. "Does she need any help?"
