In Depth. Noi is a well-meaning sweetheart who is just a bit too naive for his own good. There is never a moment where he isn't worrying or caring for another; not in a nagging way, just in the way friends care for friends. If anyone were to ever say a hurtful thing to Noi, he'd laugh it off in the moment but later would really take it to heart. Would literally rather die than bother someone else with his problems, though he's rather good at putting on his cutesy front so his worries and problems hardly ever show. His gullibility knows no bounds, often leading him to be easily persuaded to do or believe in things (good and bad alike.) Once he hooked on an idea, his stubbornness makes it insanely difficult to change his mind; give him good reasons, he'd go right along with just about anything. He's a bit of a hypocrite in the sense that he wants everyone to be able to depend on him but not have to depend on anyone else. It's not because he thinks lowly of others or anything, it's just the fact that he doesn't want to bother others with his worries. Noi will be the shoulder you can lean on whenever you feel neccessary; no judgement from him! His combat instinct is impressive, quick reflexes just adding to his skill. Academically, however, he is average in all core classes and shows advanced understanding in all matters science related (Biology, Chemistry, Scientific Formulas, etc.)

•By speeding up the molecules within an object, Noi can cause it to heat up, catch fire, melt, or explode.

Details. His quirk can be used on anything he sees, though it is much easier to affect objects he is touching. That being said, the further an object is will make it increasingly harder to target/affect; if it's far, the process of making it get to the point of exploding and melting will take longer. Some objects will take more effort and time to get to certain points: Ex. Easier to boil water than it is to melt steel. Noi's quirk can work on anything as everything has molecules. The hotter Noi's body temperature (Fever's, angry, etc.), the easier it is to transfer heat to objects.
Drawbacks.

•Using for extensive periods of time will cause his body to overheat, maybe even begin to burn.
•He must consciously keep his quirk under control (though it has become second nature over the years) but if his thoughts become scrambled or he is overwhelmed, his quirk will slowly begin to act up.
•That being said, it is easier to use his quirk while hot because then the heat could just be transferred rather than taking time to create.
•It is difficult to multitask while quirk is in use meaning if he loses focus he may end up burning himself or things that he doesn't mean to.
•Transferring too much heat from his own body can cause many drawbacks akin to freezing.
•Noi's quirk is harder to use in colder climates,
though not impossible; just enough to be a pain.

Extra. Though labeled as Molecular Combustion, Noi's quirk is actually deeper than it appears; his quirk has the potential to become the ability to do more things with molecules than just speeding them up. This fact is unknown to everyone including Noi himself.

Valerie and Noi are on good terms, though they aren't particularly close. Noi intends to, as with everyone else who isn't already, make her his friend. He also thinks her quirk is really cool.

Despite not knowing her personally, Noi greatly admires Jonah. When Noi's quirk first appeared and was hard to control, he was constantly getting hurt. He felt ashamed since none of his other peers had this problem; but then he heard about Jonah. Noi heard how a pro hero also had a quirk that could cause harm and immediately began to idolize him. These thoughts have remained the same since that day all those years ago.

Noi and Finn have known each other since Elementary school, though they were split up during middle school. Now, the two buds are back together in high school and ready to roll. Noi supports Finn through his anxious and inferior times, and constantly tries to keep Finn's thoughts happy ones. Though usually pretty happy and bubbly around other people even if he's upset, Noi isn't afraid to talk to Finn about his problems.

okay here are some things that we've talked about on the discord in terms of the roleplay!

in regards to how the roleplay will begin

the villains have beat up audrey/kidnapped her and hidden her body in an abandoned building. she's been missing for about 2 days. vivi, an undercover hero working for the villains, begins to feel very bad and spreads some rumors around town about audreys whereabouts. mateo is the first to catch wind and alerts the #2 and #1 heroes, and goes and finds audrey. he takes her and starts trying to get her out when celine and nikoli. they escort her to the school. the villains watch from the shadows. they arrive at the school and the nurse/prob finnegan go to work on healing her. audrey passes on her quirk to the first student she happens to see which is oni!

once everything cools down

the kids will go to a training camp where they train with the top heroes. suddenly, villains attack and will kidnap raquel and finn.

internships

later down the line, we will have internships! heroes can chose who they'd like to take.

class president and vice president

the kiddos will have to elect a president and vice president for their class! we'll most likely have a poll that will help us with that. if you'd like your student to be nominated let me know!

questions in regards to how the roleplay will begin
> what will the students do while the RolePlay begins? will we have them excluded from the first bit of the narrative, unless they are a part of what's going on?
> will all of the school be awake and alert when Audrey is brought back to the building?
> if Jonah is a spy for the villains, is he a part of the villains that watch from the shadows? where shall he lurk hehe
