Unfair to the rat due to date being much older, that being said some value rats lower then other and space event pets have decent enough demand.

granted rat's have low demand but their demand isn't that low that a 2011 rare is only worth a 2016 rare.

the rat is an item from chinese new year 2020, so at most it's worth a 2020 vc/c.
the solar earring is in the store and worth ~1.5-2c$ due to coming from a large set. by this deduction it's worth around a 2018/2017 uncommon, perhaps more since store items usually have decent demand.

i'm tentative to advise since i'm not wholly certain of the demand of the halloween cat
the halloween cat is a t2 ex-list, worth ~140-160c$ / 15 09 rares (according to the 'how much is this in c$?')
however, it recently traded for a total worth of around 300c$ on the successful trades thread, but the user said themselves that the bun was an unnecessary addition since the rat was more valuable than the cat.

essentially, i'm not sure, but i hope the info helps slightly. please get a second opinion!

blue fairy goat is an ex-list (t1, late advent). it is worth 3-4 09 rares but can fetch 7-8 09 rares due to demand.

the manticore is a 2015 store worth 1 09 rare.
the butterfly pps is a 2011 vr (changed from r to vr in jan 2019)
25c$ is roughly a 2010 rare worth.
= your side roughly averages out at 2 09 rares.

i'd say this is unfair to them rarity-wise and demand-wise.

buckskin pps = 4-5 09 rares, t2 ex-list

their side:
2010 vr = 2009 rares
2009 vr = 2 2009 rares

unfair to you by 1-2 09 rares worth, depends on your value of the buckskin.

2011 uncommons don't have a set value, so they go anywhere from 5-9 c$.
even at the higher value of the items, that would only total 18c$.
unfair to you.
