Tornstar opened his eyes to be greeted by the first rays of the sun. He squinted his eyes to block out the light and stood up, slightly stretching. He let out a big yawn and made his way out of his makeshift den. The bridge that rest above his camp was slightly covered in dew, sparkling the camp with a crystal colour. His fur slightly raised on end as he heard a couple monsters running off to the side. He was almost use to the sound of.... Cars, was it? Shaking his head he looked off into the small park they called home.

Blackmist's tail curled in excitement as the mouse nibbling on the acorn didn't notice he was there. He crouched down into the familiar hunters crouch and pounced, leaping towards the rodent. Surprisingly, the mouse caught on and let out a loud squeal before his claws broke its neck. "Mousedung!" He hissed in annoyance. "Now all the prey for the next mile will be in hiding." He mentally clawed himself.

Stormcloud loved it here. The sun reflecting off of the buildings, the sound of excited two-legs, even the roar of the monsters, it called to her like home. She knew not many of her wrecked clan enjoyed being here, or even living at the moment, but she was ready to make the best of it.

Lynxfeather woke up to the patches of sunlight streaming into his makeshift den. He opened his eyes, looking around at the small bush that was the medicine den. He got up from his makeshift den, stretching as well as possible. He looked around at the lowering herb stores, seated in the small dips that he dig out. He wished he could get a hollowed out stone cave, but he had to work with what he had. He stepped out, breathing in the morning air before padding towards the camp entrance.

She was flying past the strange paths of the city, rushing past all the twolegs. She phased through them, running faster and faster. Everything was a blur, she couldn't make out what she was chasing. She forgot what she was chasing, a cat? A fox? A bird? She went faster, she couldn't stop, a fence was coming closer, she couldn't turn. She tried to stop, she kept going faster. She was so close now...
Rushpaw woke up in the small bush of the apprentice den. She looked around, blinking the sleep away. She yawned, the dream phasing away from her memory. She got up, licking a few pieces of nest off of her pelt before padding out lazily. She looked around, hoping that Tornstar would finally give her a mentor. It was lonely around the camp, she looked around and saw two cats padding out of their dens. She raced to Tornstar, getting ready to speak to him, stopping just in time.

He chuckled softly at the young apprentice. He was glad at least someone in his clan was happy. "Rushpaw." He greeted, purring at her excitement. By the way she was carrying herself, he knew exactly what she was thinking. In fact, he hadn't had much time to decide who to choose. Personally, he would choose Blackmist, but he was super strict, which didn't seem to suit the hyper apprentice. He pondered for a while, as the apprentice was staring at him expectantly. He shook his head to clear his wandering thoughts. " I am assuming you are asking about your mentor?" He questioned, already knowing the answer.

As Blackmist brought the mouse back to camp, he already noticed most of the clan waking up. Sighing, he made his way over to the prey pile and dropped his catch down in disdain.

She noticed Lynxfeather had woken up, and she bounced over to him. "Goodmorning Lynxfeather! Did you have any dreams about Starcl-" She cut herself off. She shook her head. She was one of the only cats that still believed in her warrior ancestors. "I mean, did you have any good dreams? With you being medicine cat and all..." She tried to cover up her slip up. If Tornstar found out, he would be furious. "Actutally, what I am trying to say is would you like some help with anything? It must be diffiuclt to get everything done without an apprentice." She ranted on

Well, if you have nothing better to do, I'm going to the pond to see if there's any last-moon herbs I can pull up, to prepare us for leaf-bare. Perhaps you could come with me." He said, gesturing with his tail to the exit. He started padding to the exit, turning back, with his head still fixed on her to see if she would come.
