first bid i would say is fair as these dogs are adv T1s and that horse is a T1 too. T1s are worth 3-4 '09 rares (as far as i know) and these warrior cats have really good demand too, and some people value them higher than regular '09 rares. the only thing i'm not sure about is that horse's demand compared to these dogs.
i would say second bid is overpay (at least regarding rarity), as these older store pets (2017,2018) are about worth a late '09 rare/early '10 rare from what i know, and following the 2:1 rule the 2009 VRs would be worth 2 09 rares each

Your side adds up to about 1 '11 rare + 1 '12 rare with a tiny bit of add. Their side is 2 '10 rares (or approximately 1 '09 rare). They're overpaying.
