Yuki scented the air and noticed that Flitz was smaller than she'd last seen her five days ago. "Hm... you were kept prisoner by a male dragon and starved you for the last five days." Yuki said in a humorous, sarcastic tone (not too sure if these words are the right ones to use...). Then silence.

Flitz smirked weakly. "Really, Yuki. You're smarter than that." Flitz huddled against her object.

Yuki mentally scoffed, òf course I`m smarter than that.' She told Flitz, "Pbb. I was just being silly. I can smell it in the air. You were pregnant and you just laid an egg, right?" She grinned happily.

Flitz grinned. "Yes, I knew you were being sarcastic. No need to think thoughts like that." Flitz revealed the object.

The egg was shiny and iridescent blue and green. It shone and sparkled pure radiant energy.

Flitz picked up the egg. "I think this one would like the beach the best. Are you really being drafted as part of the kallick army?"

Yuki's eyes sparkled in amazement since she doesn't get out much so this is the first time she's seen a newly laid egg so close. She whispered, "It's so pretty, Flitz. If you think the beach is the best place, then go for it. You are, after all, the mother. If it were my kin, we'd cover it with snow."

She turned more serious and solemn. "Technically, yes I am being drafted since it's expected that every kallick dragon would fight for their King. Buu~ut (sing-song voice) those two warriors didn't take my name so all I have to do is hide until they start flying over to finish off the erath kingdom." She smirked slyly, "They have no proof so I'm safe." She sat down and sighed. "Things are just... too... troublesome."

(Whoops, let me clear the egg color thing up. It is bluish green, or deep greenish sapphire. And Shirafune, Why'd you say hatched?)

Flitz suddenly winced as a thought came through. "Yuki, if they're ready this fast, that means forath attacked the scout party!" Flitz then grinned smugly. "Directly from the thoughts of Thorry."

(Yup, I (Flitz) am very weird at times.)

Embers stood, groaning drowsily. She climbed up a icicle sticking out of the ground and flung herself into the air. But her wings were two clumsy and she fell back onto the ice with a thud. At least that woke her up. Trying again, she managed to stay in the air and started to climb. She was acutely aware of how conspicuous her bright orange and black striped scales must stand out on this landscape of ice. Anyone could see her. Glancing fearfully around, she hoped no ice dragons were near. Her heart sank when she saw two bluish flecks racing towards her.

(Lol... Sorry, I was posting at 2:30 am right after I got back from a friend's house. I meant to say newly laid egg... (goes back to fix). My addled brain sometimes addles my words from tiredness.)

Yuki looked at Flitz oddly, "Directly from Thorry? How... does that even work? Are you telepathic?! That is such a rare gift!" She looked thoughtful and mumbled to herself, "That does explain how she knew what we were thinking..." She totally ignored the revelation about the scout party.

(Oh, oops. But Flitz doesn't really read that many thoughts. She interprets the almost unobservable twitches before a action/thought.)

Flitz yelled the scout party thing again. "LISTEN NEXT TIME, YUKI!" Flitz suddenly flicked her tail as she registered scuffles(through vibrations) on forath land. Oh, snap! she thought. "Yuki! Why didn't you tell me that kallick was recruiting erath dragons?!?" Flitz snarled under her breath. "D' Arvit!(Dunno what that means. From the Artemis Fowl Books.) Too late to warn Thorrissia!(Well, well. Flitz actually not calling Thorry Thorry.)

Embers looked up at the bluish specks flying fast towards her, and prepared herself to fight. She knew they could only be kallick dragons coming to ask her what she was doing in their region. Forath dragons were not welcome. But as they came closer, she was aware that one of the specks had green colored scales. What the devil is an erath... she didn't finished her sentence as the two dragons landed before her. She flicked her tail dangerously. "Before you ask what I am doing here, I'd like to know what you're doing here," she sent a burst of flame in the direction of the erath dragon. She was pretty sure she knew the answer, and she didn't like it at all.
