You would be overpaying. Especially since the store pet is a pps, demand could perhaps bring it slightly up than it's worth. But a 2016 store pet should be worth a mid 2009 rare each.

For reference, a zodiac dog goes for twice its worth due to demand, meaning it goes for 1 2009 rare.
Zodiacs are commonly fetching 100-150 C$ at the moment, easily fetching the higher end
The rares and uncommon pets being offered depend on the year and a 2020 store pet is going for a late 2010 rare

as breezybunn said above they do go for more than their actual rarity because of demand but yes, trading 2 rares + a store pet + 125 C$ i think would be overpay even considering its demand
