oof...

Ah yes, that is today's personal art dilemma. x)

On one hand, i notice that the eye dot / circle things are really popular over here, while on the other hand there is another site i am on where the eyebrows are dominating in popularity. I actually started off with the eyebrow thing when i first started arting on here but then changed it over to the eye dots after noticing there weren't very many other users doing the eyebrows and now that i see that its popular on the other site im all back and forth with it. >_<

I agree with Sehau ! But you can always just switch from eyebrows to spots whenever you want to, no need to pick just one ^^

Honestly, I use eyebrows to differentiate characters. I give bushy eyebrows to mean grouchy cats and thin ones for characters who need expression, I give characters who have little expression the dots because I find that it's harder to make expressions with a circle :T
But it's up to you! Don't feel like everyone will judge you for what you use, because in the end all that matters is that you're happy with it :3

I personally can never get eyebrows right, and i think eyebrow dots are cute on animals, so i like to do the dots, but if i could draw eyebrows right i would definitely use them on some of my characters and fursonas as well
