Raphael is the patron of the sick, those who care for the sick, and
travelers. One of God's most trusted servants, his archangel status
meant he was more powerful than the average angel. His views on
humanity were a nicer than most, though notably cynical. Raphael
had witnessed the destruction humanity had caused, to the planet
and themselves, and did not understand why they deserved saving.
He was cast out of Heaven for these doubts, being forced to reside
with the beings he held so much dislike for. For a while, the healer
struggled with his newfound mortality. He had never felt hunger or
cold before, his human needs almost unbearable. After a couple of
months, Raphael finally got the hang of his mortal form. He scored
a job as a school nurse, using forged documents to do so.

Barachiel - These two get along quite well. Their jobs often overlapped back in Heaven, meaning they were together a lot. While they are both archangels, Raphael is one of the big four, meaning he is slightly higher in rank than Barachiel. Regardless, he does not let this power go to his head, treating the other like his equal. While their differences can lead to some rather...interesting interactions, they still share a bond that is closer than most.

Ariel - The healer treats Ariel the same way he treats the other angels; as a younger sibling. He tries his best to look out for her and put on a brave face, trying to mask his own fears and insecurities for her. He thinks that if he remains outwardly confident and composed, she will feel less worried about their shared situation.
Michael - These two have a deep past and strong connection. As some of the first, and most powerful angels, in existence they were linked from the very beginning. Raphael became protective and clingy over Michael after Lucifer's fall, not wanting the same to happen to her. They look to each other for familiarity in these uncertain times, supporting one another.

Nadia (Assigned Human) - The best word Raphael has for Nadia is...brat. She's a young, party-obsessed girl who is slowly losing her grip on life. However, he does have a soft spot for her and does his best to protect her, despite how frustrating she can be at times. The two may even grow to become real friends.

- Nadia is a beautiful dancer. In fact,
she wants to be a professional dancer,
and it's what she's currently studying
for. She loves to dance more than
anything. It helps her escape, but she
also has another thing she relies on.

sassy, and witty. She isn't afraid to say
what she thinks and stand up for herself,
but will shut down if you hit her in an
emotionally raw place.

a very warm and chill person, and has
a very beautiful mind and spirit. She

angry and bitter person towards the world,
and is starting to go off the rails because

Raphael is Nadia's assigned angel, and he is probably grumbling about it right about now. Despite his own struggles to get on his feet, he does empathize with her emotional pain, and wants to help her release a bit of it. If their relationship grows, Nadia would probably describe Raphael as a tired uncle that has to put up with her, but still cares about her wellbeing.

Nadia would definitely get along with Ariel right away, especially since Ariel is so kind and empathetic towards people. These two are probably the type to talk about meaningful stuff at 3 AM, and Nadia knows Ariel is always there for her. Ariel just wants her to have someone she feels safe with, which is something Nadia needs atm.

They balance each other out pretty well, and totally have the potential to be friends in the future. Nadia could inspire Cherry to view humans in a better light, and Cherry could give hope to Nadia about the struggles she faces. They both have very chaotic energy, which could cause some problems if the two met. Though since they're both pretty similar, they could potentially get along pretty well. Who knows what will happen in the future.
