Knowledge is power. That has forever been the belief that Ashstar has held. As a result, this is a very knowledgeable, intelligent tom. Regardless of how foolish or trivial some information might be, Ashstar still absorbs it, and keeps it stored somewhere in that distant head of his. He is a very determined tom, and once he puts his mind to a problem, his rational thinking and abundance of stored information makes it quite easy to solve it. That is, by far, his best trait as a leader - problem-solving. He never truly liked interacting with others, nor is he physically the strongest leader. But should an issue arise, with enough time and information, it will be solved. Aloof and calm, Ashstar is quite the distant soul, but he is always thinking, analyzing, pondering things. He is quite the overthinker, and from time to time needs to be saved from his own thoughts. However, in times of crisis, his level-headedness and analytical mindset is a huge benefit. But in normal times, he can come across as so distant. That compared with his lack of tolerance for rule-breakers makes him seem almost unreachable. However, those who become close to him knows that his aloofness and distancing is because he is always surveying the next threat. He rarely takes time for himself, but when he does, he enjoys a long walk laden with interesting discussion, and the occasional midday nap.

| history ;; Ashstar's birth was an accident. His mother, Dawnflight, had a fling with an unknown rogue. As a result, when he was born, his mother fled the clan due to shame. He was raise by an understanding but tough molly named Pebblefoot. She encouraged him to never take anything for granted, and to always learn what you can, which inspired his belief that knowledge is power. Due to his intellect, calmness under pressure and strict upholding of thew warrior code, he was appointed deputy, something even he was shocked at. Was he truly worthy of being a deputy when half the clan did not have faith in him? That in mind, Ashfrost worked hard to build the clan's faith in him - not as a result of his strength or charisma, but due to his ability to guide them out of near impossible situations. Since then, Ashstar has continued working hard to prove to his clan he is worthy of their trust.

Buzzardclaw often jokes that he secretly has 9 lives. This tom has seen it all - treachery, betrayal, badger attacks, fox attacks, greencough - and has lived to tell the tales which he loves to do quite often. This has given him a sense of wisdom that far exceeds his moons. It also inspires him to be tougher, stronger, and more prepared for whatever comes. His clan needs him, and it needs him at his best. So, as a result he is one of the hardest working warriors in Thrushclan. His experiences have taught him to prepare to face the worst every single day, and he has vowed to not waiver in face of the challenge. As a result, his courage, fighting skill and work ethic is legendary. So is his sharp, undiscriminating tongue. The only thing as fierce as his claws are his blunt, barbed words. While facing quite a few near-death experiences has taught him to be a very capable warrior, it has also taught him to say what he needs to say before he dies an unexpected death. However, that is also a positive thing. Buzzardclaw does not mince his words, but he does provide valuable feedback, and isn't afraid to say what needs to be said. Sure, he could work on his delivery, but honesty is his policy, regardless of whom he happens to offend. Due to this, Buzzardclaw can come across as quite intimidating at worst, horribly obnoxious at best, but deep down, Buzzardclaw just wants to be the best warrior possible for his clan's sake.
| history ;; Buzzardclaw had a rather rough kithood. His mother, Honeyfern, was a gorgeous molly and phenomenal hunter. His father, Smokefoot, was a buff tom and quite the scrappy warrior, who's pride and joy was his mate. Unfortunately, Honeyfern died while giving birth to three kits - Fawnkit, a gorgeous molly that took after her mother in both looks and agility - Finchkit, an boisterous and strong kit - and Buzzardpaw, a measly little scrap who nearly died minutes after entering this world. Through kithood, his father, Smokefoot, trained all three kits mercilessly. It was believed by many that Smokefoot blamed his kits for the death of his mate, and as such, took out his grievances on them. Buzzardkit in particular received the brunt of his father's pain, as he was by far the weakest and most unskilled of the trio. Everyday he was forced to train 'till his paws bled, all while being mercilessly hammered by his fathers unforgiving tongue which Buzzardkit in turn would adopt. As if enough tragedy had not befallen the family, he lost both his sister and his brother to a fox attack. The three had decided to sneak to the Oak the evening before their official apprenticeship to celebrate. During the way, a pack of foxes caught wind of their trail and pursued them. Both Fawnkit and Honeyfern died, and Buzzardkit only survived due to pure luck. Buzzardkit returned to his father blaming him for the death of his entire family. And before amends could be made, Smokefoot was killed, as he was assigned to the patrol to drive the foxes out of the territory. After those few tragic days, Buzzardkit vowed to never be a burden, a coward, and most importantly, to never become his father. That is by far his greatest fear.

If you look up innocence in the dictionary, Minnowpaw's picture might be there. This newly-minted apprentice lives to please her clanmates and have fun with life. The former makes her quite susceptible to reading individuals' emotions, which sometimes gets her into trouble. She is always on the lookout for a troubled, and that makes her come off as a bit nosey. Which is honestly the truth, as she just cannot seem to stay out of someone's business! Additionally, if she perceives someone to have a problem, she will try to do everything she can to fix it, even if that gets her involved in a situation that is well over her head. She is also sensitive, which makes her susceptible to being emotionally wounded. That said, her optimistic, upbeat attitude ensures that she will recover quickly. Her bright attitude is quite contagious, and is by far her best quality. No matter what happens she will always look for something positive to focus upon. That general positivity makes her seem full of life at all times, which can be rather overwhelming to some cats. However, Minnowpaw has yet to learn that in some situations optimism can only go so far.. Her general inexperience with life makes her very naïve and trusting, leaving her vulnerable to being taking advantage of. Even if others try to warn her about a situation or individual, she genuinely believes that there is a problem somewhere in there that she can fix. Minnowpaw loves to frolic about life, completely oblivious to the horrors it holds. If she is not careful as to where she treads, she will soon learn just how unforgiving some situations can be.

personality: rushwing has always been known for his kind
demeanor and easy going nature. he's got a soft side for
kittens and apprentices alike, seeming to have endless
patience for even the rowdiest of cats. though he's got a
knack for being "the kind deputy", it can also get him into
trouble as he is far too trusting at times. there are a few
things as well that he has opinions on which he will
actively drop the nice-tom act and become a seething pile
of fur.

though it is not often that this happens, he is still a highly

fawnpaw is a quiet molly that doesn't like to take no for an answer. she has always been the top of her rank in tracking, and although her combat, strength, and hunting skills dwindle, she makes up for it in the fact that she is one of the best trackers within the clan.

most warriors don't take her skills seriously due to her young age, but even though she is still a classified kitten, her art in tracking could outplay even the most senior warriors in the clan. this makes her a great duo with cats who are good hunters as they can team up to hunt prey no matter the weather conditions.
