"Because I've, as some put it, caught feelings. I also didn't want to push this love stuff over the boundary and... yes, I'm happy, but I have no idea what to do with it. So, I guess I'm the mess here and not the situation. Um... ugh, I need to think of a question... uh... do you think Lazarus and I are... good for one another?"

[the-nug-king]

"I think it's too early in your relationship to say for sure, but you make one another happy, you have interests in common, and you seem to try and support each other, in your own ways. Which I think is good. And... look, if you're worried... DarkBoard seems to like you, they'd probably get your true love levels classified as safe, if you asked them. Are you concerned about your relationship with Lazarus?"

[grey matter]

"Quite. I'm scared I'm going to make a wrong move and ruin something, in particular. But that's a general thing, and I think I've already disappointed Lazarus... I put him through this and it was so selfish of me... but. Thank you. Have you any experience with these sort of things?"

[the-nug-king]

"Experience with what sort of thing?" Three sighed. "I... have some experience with shutting myself off from a personal associate in intimate experiences, while they are concerned about me. Is that what you're asking?"

[grey matter]

"Ah. Not exactly but I could use advice on that too. Was... was that your question? And that is my question, by the by."

[the-nug-king]

"I-yes, all right. But I'm... not sure that's something I am able to give good advice about. What exactly did DarkBoard say to you about Professor Doctor Cerebrist?"

[grey matter]

"Some statistics about how villains are more likely to turn on their nemesis's closest companion and/or killer and that... is you. Also, there's the thing about your brain containing some of Maedryn's research and how he tried to get your brain before... and that he was involved in your creation and might use that to manipulate you. Any particular reason why you wanted to know that?"

[the-nug-king]

"Yes. They've reminded me of those facts too. Did they say why they were asking you for help with it?"

[grey matter]

"They said something along the lines of 'his life has less value in comparison to the risk he poses to Three.' Oh, and apparantly I'm emotionally open or have the capacity for it or something. Did they say anything along those lines to you? Not the latter thing, but y'know."
