(Alright, One, I was mad at myself when I decided to do this.)
(Two, I didn't copy Rain. Annie was supposed to die a long time ago. But of course, it's going to be about Kate now.)
Annie and Kate were running to the Academy when they saw the storm.
But then lightning stuck down, and then there was a blur of Kate for a second until she was in front of Annie.
She was holding a helmet.
"Here, I'll give you a lift to your friend."
"What if I fall off?" she tried to hide the worry in her voice.
"You won't." Kate assured her.
"Then what's the helmet for?"
"In case you fall off."
In just minutes they were arriving to the place Charlie and Rain were.
But Annie felt something she never felt before from Rain. Emptiness.
They both rushed into the room, and then heard voices.
Annie bolted behind a chair.
Kate was smiling, a blur, and then she was in front of Annie, holding a machine gun.
"Uh... there's no more guards in front of us. Let's move on."
They were making their way into a different room when Annie saw the guy, holding a gun.
They both, Annie and Kate froze. "Hey sweehears! I didn' hink yous be comin'."
Annie took a pistol out, and clicked the safety off.
"We're here to see a friend!" Annie called out.
"Bu, sweehear, Rain can' be visied righ now. She's dead."
Annie didn't answer.
"Hey, you know you sisters? my daughters?"
Annie and Kate exchanged a look. They were. Same dimples, tall, hair kinda, lips, eyes, everything. "Do me a favor sweehear: Be nice to your daddy, and so some respect: Put down the gun."
Annie aimed her pistol.
"Sweeheart," Annie mimicked in a mutter. The accident from Tennessee was pretty hard to pull off. "Do me a favor: Die."
It was hard to figure out who shot first, or where the bullets went.
Kate flew behind a desk thirty feet away.
After a couple minute after the bullets stopped, Kate looked up.
The man and Annie were laying on the ground.
Blood was everywhere.
"ANNIE!" Kate cried out.
There was a moan from her.
Kate blurred, and was there.
She looked at the holes in Annie's stomach.
"Annie?" she whispered.
"Get me Rain," she heard Annie whisper. "I need to see Rain."
Kate led the bleeding Annie into the room where Rain's body was.
Annie laid down right by Rain.
She knew she could trade herself in for Rain alive.
Annie took a couple of breathes, and with a shaky hand, she let go of the pouring bloody wound.
Annie took hold of Kate's hand and smiled.
It will all be alright... Katey. Annie's voice came into her head. Be brave. Tell them I will miss them.
Then Annie closed her eyes, and her chest stopped rising and falling.
Annie was dead.
