darkrain is without doubt very secure and sure of her own abilities. it's hard to insult her if you don't know her very well. she's extremely passionate in things she cares for, and basically everything that she does. be it her duties, friends, or lovers. she's got great work ethic, and it really comes into play when she's driven. she always loves to do a good job. darkrain is very, very flirty and coy with others. if she wants something done her way or really likes you, it shows. and very deceitful! she's good with her words. they can be poisonous if she means for them to be. in general, she’s charming. attractive to be around, and makes friends pretty easily. though, she struggles to keep them. she's more hesitant to open up, if anything. her real emotions only show through if you're a keeper. darkrain also changes her mind very easily. she's notorious for getting bored with things if she doesn't like them right off the bat. a born troublemaker, she's always bending the rules if she isn't breaking them, and likes things to go her way.

indentshe became darkpaw! her mentor was frogwhisker, an old gray tom cat. she found him stinky and annoying because he always pressured her to do work, but she eventually came to respect and care for him. frogwhisker was injured during a patrol he took darkpaw on, and she became very worried. because he had to recover for a few moons, she got a new mentor named elmthroat, who she liked right from the get-go! • darkpaw excelled at everything, and had the makings of a promising warrior. goosepaw became a warrior before her, and this made her highly competitive, making her work even harder to pass her assessment in order to rank up and join gooseheart.
indentshe finally got her name, darkrain, for her bright blue eyes. in the past seven moons since, she has done (and continues to do) everything she can to keep her clan alive and well-fed. • she had two flings simultaneously, as she liked the dangerous feel.

pickerelheart is very protective by nature. he is becoming more serious as he grows up, trying to see things from all perspectives. his golden heart has been tossed through the mud a few times, but if you wipe it off it will shine. although he can be risky with his own behavior, he is competent enough to realize that he can never endanger any clanmates. he might be daring on his own, but will stop the messing around if the situation actually calls for it. he really does care, though, and in time he strives to be an admired warrior. someday. he also has many fatherly traits, and deeply wants a family of his own.

━ history : pickerelheart has led a fairly normal life in briarclan thus far, born to hard-working parents (hornetclaw and breezetuft) along with his three littermates (magnoliakit, perchkit, and stubbykit). he was a rambunctious kit, the kind to bounce around all day, eat plenty, and then sack out at night beside the warm fur of his mother. he showed talent in hunting and fighting from a young age.
indentby the time he was old enough to be apprenticed, only he and perchkit remained. pickerelkit was, of course, hurt by the loss of his siblings, although these days it gives him more strength than sorrow to carry on for them, because they didn't have a chance to grow in the world and become fully fledged warriors like he and perchpool did. • he was apprenticed to a cranky senior warrior named grayplume. she had never had the chance to have kits when she was younger; there were rumors that she technically couldn't for some reason, and many believed that was why she was so strict and grumpy with any apprentices she took on. whether that was the case or not, pickerelpaw didn't get the short end of the stick with his training. although they didn't get along well at first, pickerel came to deeply respect the seasoned warrior, who taught him everything he knows about the code, hunting, fighting, and caring for his clan . . . his whole way of life.
indentmoons later, when his mother, breezetuft, died from falling tree limbs in a storm, and soon after when his father, hornetclaw, died from a badger attack, grayplume helped pickerelheart and perchpool alike recover from their losses. when grayplume passed away in the night, soon after pickerelheart's father passed, it devastated him, just like losing another parent. she was a stubborn she-cat, refusing to retire as she aged, and thus she died peacefully in the warrior's den. as of now, pickerelheart's close kin extends to his sister, perchpool (npc). the two aren't as close anymore, but sometimes they can be seen sharing a meal or hunting together. • it should be noted that before his parents died, they had another litter, twenty-two moons younger than pickerelheart and perchpool. thunderpaw is also pickerel's kin, and he's a lot closer to his younger brother than his sister.

ah fogheart. you love her or you hate her. she's a charming one for sure, and upon first meeting her, many find her to be an agreeable and tho

cavestep is your local nice guy. an extrovert at his core, he is a fun guy to be around and a loyal friend, even if you don't even think you know h
