jerusalem is hot-headed, and fights being restricted by rules and conventions. he's dynamic, visionary and versatile, able to make constructive use of freedom. he's excited by change and adventure, and tends to be optimistic about his future and relationships. jer is energetic, intelligent, and makes friends easily despite being restless, untidy, and rebellious.

he has a deep set desire for travel and adventure, and wants to set his own pace in life without being governed by tradition. because of this, jer rarely sticks to one place and is constantly on the move. he has few ties to his past, and often declines to speak when the subject is brought up.

Bjorn is... proud. There's no other way of saying it, he's considered the strong and silent type up until you know him for a long period of time. He's strong-willed and confident in his own abilities, though he tends to forget things easily. He never lets on if he's confused, too scared to be seen as boring or dumb. But he's caring and looks out for others around him, and will do what he can to protect his friends even if he lacks magical prowess. His thoughts race often, and he's skilled in assessing situations and thinks through all possible outcomes. He tends to shut down if his pride is broken, but that just gives him more reason to hide his weaknesses.[122 words]

Thirteen is a very quiet and stoic cat. She does not do well with socializing and, despite being a terrible fighter, comes off as standoffish or hostile when she first meets a new cat. She is very protective of what she deems as 'hers' and will not be afraid to voice her opinion on something. There are many things she does not know about that many others seem to such as affection, names, and smiling. Thirteen does have a kind heart though. She would rather heal a cat than fight and is often the first to offer it. Tears and sadness make her extremely uneasy as those are signs of a weak or injured cat and she's never seen them last very long. Thirteen tries her best to help when she sees those emotions but often in the wrong way such as offering to heal them when sometimes all they need is a friend.

Even for such a nomadic group as the Wanderers, Cato is a particularly solitary hex. He prefers being alone and separate to engaging in conversation, and even when convinced to talk he is a hex of few words. Cato overall gives off a sort of standoffish air, seeming rather gruff much of the time and prone to warning away those who approach him with the force of his glare alone. Perhaps Cato's reclusive nature stems from his difficulty in forming connections with others; he finds loyalty and trust difficult things to give, and prefers to rely on his own paws to get him out of troubling situations. And though he is strong and capable enough to do so much of the time, the other Wanderers can't help but worry about him. It can't be good, they murmur, for someone to remain so vehemently closed off as Cato is.

Give your starter a personality;(100+ words) Just as his name suggests, Abrasive is a cold and harsh helgrim. However, that is not one of his intentions. Every helgrim has that one thing they struggle with, and for Abrasive, that one thing is kindness. The spruce fortis was brought up as a warrior. He was isolated from others for the longest time and was taught to use his size to his advantage. This resulted in Abrasive's strict demeanor. Oftentimes, he scares off others with the harsh tone of his voice, only to realize that his guests are afraid and it hurts. The fortis truly wants to be trusted, yet first impressions rarely go well for him. Despite his troubles, Abrasive is the strong leader that many helgrims look for. He is fearless when facing down enemies, preferring to use brute strength even against magic. Although stoic at first glance, he is also quite understanding, especially when it comes to being misunderstood. He hides behind his harsh mask when with strangers, but to the rest of Antipathy, he is held in high regard. Abrasive only allows his unrest to show when he is alone or in a small group of close friends. He is a leader who is fearless yet not arrogant nor invincible. He tries to protect others, not only physically, but in a mental sense, and for that, Abrasive is strong.

Give your starter a personality;(100+ words) Sunstone is a fairly easy-going creature. When not on duty she loves to joke around and tussle with the fighters to prove who is stronger because the fighters aren't the only ones that have to be strong right? When she is on duty, she does turn serious. She often builds upon naturally occurring traps in order to corner prey when she is hunting alone. She loves to nap often in between hunts and loves to gaze up at the stars at night. While she strives to provide for her group, she does wish to create a family for herself once she's sure that the group can be taken care of.
