Iceshard trotted out of camp and into the forest to think.

Eagleflight sighed. "If only..." she looked around at all of the other cats and hung her head. "but I'm glad you like my smile."

Wolfheart smiled at Eagleflight.

Eagleflight smiled back at Wolfheart, glad that she'd made a friend.

Wolfheart looked at the sky. It was dark, and the stars were in the sky. He looked at Eagleflight, "It's getting late. We should head to bed." He paused, then found the right words, "If you ever have trouble, and need someone to talk to, just come to me."

Eagleflight stared for a moment, before nodding. Her eyes shimmered. "Thank you Wolfheart. You're...truely kind." with that, she headed off to her nest, which was beside Leaffrost's. She lied down and sighed gently, drifting off to sleep in no time.

Wolfheart sighed and smiled warmly to himself. "Different... but special." He then walked off to a nest of moss and fell asleep.

The black and white she-cat pricked her ears, watching as Eagleflight slept. Grinning, Shortflight's amber eyes flashed as she flicked her tail. "Yes...she will make a suitable mate for my leader..."
