yeah. you would not believe the crap people come up with just to fight with me. the game is good, but the community is gross

i couldn't agree more. i believe i joined in around 2012, when things weren't actually that bad. i feel like this game has become centered around being "rare," instead of its intended purpose of making friends and being educational. i really can't blame the players; this has been a problem for quite some time now and AJHQ itself isn't making any changes as their focus is pretty much money.

i completely agree. black longs are RIDICULOUS. they're almost up to 4 red longs and even reds are impossible to get. more and more people want huge overs for their blacks and it's completely unfair. i'm still so confused how people get like 50 black longs???? the most i've ever had at a time was 5... you'd think black longs worth would go down (and everything else would go up) since people began duplicating them, but instead they're going up and it doesn't make sense. what is this stupid economy.

I agree with every single text above me. THE RARITY SYSTEM IS INSANE.
A lot of people I used to know stopped playing because the community was so toxic and centered around money, giveaways and most important, rarity and popularity. I hardly trade anything anymore because of it, and I can't even define what I used to call beta is now in stores.

I once joined an Animal Jam stream, the person running the stream wouldn't buddy anyone unless they gave them a rare spike. I left after that, they were very greedy for rares and it was obvious.

It's so toxic. I'm really sad it's like this. Scammers are everywhere, people are getting cheat out of their rares, craziness.
