Lucas nodded again. "I've just got a fresh idea in my mind anyways, so I've ought to work on it. I'll be right outside..." He exited the room, worry in his eyes as they locked with Three's for one last moment before he left.

He did as he said he would, though, and started sketching things down.

Three left the room a few minutes later, nodding at Lucas when they saw him outside. "Come on, we should go and find your robot." They set off quickly down the stairs, fiddling with something in their pocket.

[grey matter]

"Oh, I've got it pocketed, but... I assume you probably want to do something. And I've got something I need to do as well... I was already working on a second planter, but I've got an idea that's ready to come to fruition if I can just find some seeds..." he said. "Surely more useful than a stabby vaccuum."

[the-nug-king]

A slight hum emanated from their pocket. "Oh. Of course. Do whatever you wish. You may also find it useful to know that Maedryn isn't monitoring us at present. She's going to be distracted for the next few hours as she completes her DarkBoard takeover."

((Also is it okay that I never going in to Three's Internal Thoughts at all? They like to keep stuff Hidden, but I can tell you things if you would like!))

[[yeah it's fine, I don't mind. Lucas would LIKE to be open but he just kinda suppresses everything. also do they have like dorms and stuff because I'll probably describe his room and whatnot because it is half cluttered half perfection]]

"Mm. Do we need to do anything during that? Any... plans? I can put this to the side for now, I'm just really antsy to do something."

((Yeah they have dorms! They're separated by genres (sci-fi, fantasy, horror and thriller) and I'm guessing as a mad scientist-type, Lucas would be sci-fi, same as Three. The sci-fi dorm's in a spaceship.))

"Well. If we don't stop her in the next few hours, she'll have completed her take over and DarkBoard... I don't know if I'll be able to get them back. She's distracted at the moment. I think... we could turn off the lab's defences. I might... I might actually be able to kill her."

[grey matter]

"...Let's do it...? Yeah, I'm just gonna follow your plan... unless you can procure me like, 75 yew berries and some juice. I could make some death mocktail or something. However, that's a horrible plan for now and I will save that for another time."

They nodded, staring blankly at the wall, not seeming to take in what Lucas was saying.

"...This must be a big decision for you. Maybe not a hard one, depending on how you feel about all this, but still a big one... especially if this if your first... killing. I'm not going to pry further, but I'm going to follow along and I will be there. If you experience grief after all this, I'll be there too. I'll be here as we are... affiliates? You said we weren't friends, but in my head I keep calling us friends..."

They continued staring at the wall. "I've killed before. Just not... like this." They let out a long breath. "I shouldn't experience grief. I was created as a tool, and I have tried to detach myself from all emotions, to serve the best I can. and I thought I was good at that but in retrospect I.... may have simply been burying a lot of things, which now keep uncovering themselves, and greatly impairing my ability to do what I need to." They hesitated. "Removing Maedryn's defences will take a little time. While I do that... I don't suppose you would you care for another round of your truth telling game?"
