lucas binds and he's probably due for a break in the rp, hence why he's asking.
now that i think about it lucas didn't even ask for three's pronouns so he's either
a. just kinda assigned them something in their head
or
b. his Trans-Scan went off and he's just avoiding asking in an effort to try not to come off as weird or anything)

They waited until the door had closed behind them before answering. "I suggest we don't stay here long." They started gathering up supplies. "Other than for equipment, we're here because this room is fully protected, so we can talk without risk of being overheard again. But that also means that if Maedryn was aware that we went in here, she'll be suspicious if we spend too long where she can't here us. It's probably unnecessary. With DarkBoard disabled, I don't think she's able to monitor us at all. But I'd rather not take the risk. So if there was anything you were wanting to say or do without risk of surveillance, say or do it now."

"Uh... I need to... take off my binder for a bit. I can try to fight with it on but it's kinda risky and... I didn't bring anything to swap it with, so I guess I'll just go down with my ship. In any case, I need a break... So uh, yeah." He couldn't make eye contact as he said it, he just couldn't.

"Ah. I suppose that would be safer." They frowned slightly. "I should probably do the same. Let me know when you're done." They turned away, taking off their backpack and jacket, neatly folding the jacket up, and awkwardly removing their own binder, folding it into their bag.

"Oh. You too...? A-anyways, yeah..."
He removed his own, turned away, sort of taking it off while his shirt was still on and just slipping it out through the head hole. He buttoned up his lab coat and pocketed the binder in one of his larger pockets. "I am extremely thankful I got a size up with this lab coat... Uh- I'm done."

"I'm done too." They replaced their jacket and started putting various devices into their backpack and pockets. "So. Now that's out of the way. I'm hoping showing off some of the traps I've created will gain Maedryn's favour back a little. If we're lucky, she'll continue to trust me, and won't see any reason to harm you, In that case, I shall wait a while before acting against her. I suggest you either do the same, or don't act against her at all. However, as she did try to kill us when we were in the elevator, be ready for a fight. And take this." They held out a small device with a button on it. "Press down on this if you're in serious danger, and it'll teleport you elsewhere."

"Thank you... And hopefully it does." He took the device. "I'll just be on standby in case you need my help or anything then... and, uh... this begs the question I've meant to ask for a while. What pronouns do you use...? Sorry, I know, bad time, but I kinda figured it in my head? But I didn't say anything yet." He stared at the device and not at Three, still a bit nervous in general.

They blinked. "Oh. I... that's up to you. I... the majority of my associates use they for me, which I have no objection to. Though if you wish to set yourself up on Maedryn's side, she prefers to call me she. I... and you are a man, yes? You mentioned earlier?"
