"Vampires don't sleep." Peryn snickered, jumping out of the tree, and risking it. She ran towards the pink glow, her run slowing into a walk. She stretched her fingers out for it, her expression blank. "It's so pretty." She dreamily murmured.

Amanda was crouched on a branch, standing on it on all four legs as she would if it was the ground. She jumped down and pulled Peryn back by the scruff of her neck by a paw.

Peryn thrashed and walked back to the light. "Lemme get the pretty light for you." She muttered, glancing up at Amanda, her black hair a soft blond, her purple eyes a brown. "Can't you see it?" she asked, her eyes widening as she turned back to the light. It was odd to see Peryn like this, as her tone was soft and serious, not sarcastic nor mean. "Lemme get it for you, Mandy." She repeated as she took a small step towards the soft pale glow. It seemed this Peryn was a younger version.

This Peryn seemed unbelievably childish. With her fingers stretched out for the orb of pink light, it seemed weird. The light was probably not even real, and she seemed to have forgotten about the fight. All her focus was on the pretty ball of light.

Quinton smiled at her, "I'm too stubborn for that. It would be one thing if it was one of those, 'there was nothing you could've done' deals, but that's not the case. So don't worry about."

Allie sighed "Fine." She said then looked at him.

Gawain and Fintan ignored the two, preferring to share stories with their sister of the nine years she'd missed.

Quinton shook his head, "Good, now get better."

allie pulled the sheets off of her and started to get off of the bed. She stood up and stretched her legs and back.

Quinton stood up with her holding a hand out if she needed it but trying not to be obnoxious about it.
