Shadows seemed to move in the streets around the store where Nathan was, and some actually did. People hid in dead end alleys, waiting for the next idiot to come near alone. Faint shouting came from all around, police sirens, and voices from the old store Nathan had stopped in front of.

Kylie got grabbed by the arm into a dark allyway.

Nathan was taking his time in the store, and it was almost half and hour until he got out. He shoved something in his pocket and looked around. "Kylie?" he called.

Kylie looked around. Where was she? Shadows started swirling around her. Kylie swiftly grabed her dagger out of her belt. Weapons won't help you... A soft voice whispered.

"Kylie?" Nathan called again, louder.

Kylie screamed. "No, no no no no NO!"

"Oh good God," Nathan muttered, walking forward. "Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid!"

Kylie got pushed down into a corner. She still held her dagger feebly.

"Kylie?" Nathan called again, walking around in the small street.

Beck came walking out of the bushes in wolf form,
He walked down into town and went into an alley way and turned back into a human,
Some people gave him some suspicious looks.
