The Fire Nation is expanding its domain. There has been no sign of the Avatar for ten years - since the Air Temples were raided and destroyed, the world has lost hope. A band of young rebels have teamed together to lead a small army of their own in the fight against the Fire Nation: but can a ragtag team of youths impact the outcome of such a savage conflict?

Hi guys! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name’s Alkhatine (you can shorten it however you want as long as it’s recognizable ^^); my character’s Kazu. I actually haven’t been active on cs for about a year to focus on school, but that’s no longer really happening with the quarantine so I decided to hop back in. Really excited for this roleplay!

I think that the front page is mostly up to date now, hoorah

Once all forms are complete then we can begin but in the meantime:

Where we start will be open for discussion; but I had in mind that everybody could start at a rebel meeting in a bunker of Ba Sing Se. A rally for the public happening above ground, and a meeting for the rebels in the bunker. This gives everybody a chance to meet. The meeting would consist of our characters and maybe 100 others, so another rally of sorts I suppose; the plan is to reclaim a ring of villages in the south from the Fire Nation.

I'm not 100% sure on starting like this though and would love to hear everybody's thoughts!

I'm also not sure if we should start as if our rebels have been working together for a while now or if they're only just now being put in the same unit together.

Hello to everyone! I'm flightoftheowl, but you can call me flight or owl, whichever you prefer! I'm playing Mizaki, the peacemaker. I haven't been in a roleplay on here for a little while, and pretty much all of the ones I've joined for a while have died out before they began, but I have hope that'll change with this one!

I think it's a good idea to start with us meeting there, since it'll allow us to play out the conflicting dynamics which our characters might have already overcome if they already knew each other. Like how both Yura and Nikolaus hate the Fire Nation, so I'd imagine they'd be less than pleased to work with an ex-soldier from there!

i play kaito!! he um. doesn't really like? anyone? he's okay with the
earthbenders but he doesn't like what the fire nation stands for and
has a definite thing against all waterbenders. he's okay with firebenders
too depending on what they believe in.

i really like the idea that they're all meeting for the first time! but it
could be interesting if some of the group had already met??

I think it would be cool for Yura to already know Kaito and Kazu, even if it’s not that well. With Kaito having had his experience with the Northern Water Tribe, and Kazu’s healing ability, I think she would still 100% be hating their guts but she’d not be as vicious. For Nik, I think it’d be great for him to know somebody I just dunno who! C:

hi all,
i just finished my evil little blood bender baby who will 12/10 cut you if you get in her way.
kuragari is really only in it for the money or some other reward/goal. she's greedy

the only person she probably knows well, if at all is kaito because they would of gone to the
same academy together when they where younger. she probably feels little to no attachment
to him, or they are very hidden under all her baggage.

she is a good chance she wont get along with anyone but kaito and possibly kazu, and that is
just because she is a major pain in the rear. and lets be honest, who wants would really want
kuragari as any kind of company.

Hello lovelies !!

Just wanted to pop in first to say that I'm starting back to work, though working from home, meaning I'll be spending 8am - 7pm (GMT) doing work for at least 10 days. Obviously this means my replies to PMs, discussion thread notes and also roleplay posts will be a little slower than I had expected when I made this roleplay. Fear not !! I'll still get round to everything, just stick with me c: You'll find I tend to reply a LOT quicker in a discussion thread rather than PM as I feel more people waiting for me to reply in a thread lols

Everybody's forms look wonderful !! I have updated the front. We are still waiting on forms for the Wolf Warrior and the Earth Monarch so when these are up, we can get started on the actual roleplay !!

Kuragari seems really nasty lols, I can't wait to see her in action; Nik would be spooked by her methods and distrust her like CRAZY, and Yura would severely be against her methods, taking it entirely as taboo and a mock of what waterbending should be.

@baenerys Thanks for updating us! I'm on "spring break" at the moment, but next week I may also be a bit busier with schoolwork. I will still be active every day, though!

@saturn ` Piss and vinegar indeed XD. I do think Kazu would get along with her better than she gets along with other people, but he won't necessarily get along with her well, though it would be less about her bloodbending and more about her general character.

Just put up Mizaki's impressions of Yura, Nikolaus, Akio, and Kazu! My format didn't work out too well, so I admit, I shamelessly used @Alkhatine's relations post as a template- I love the format you have! But because it's so similar, I'd understand completely if you'd prefer I come up with something more original. Just let me know, and I'll change it if you want!
