This is Fae! Short for Faelyn Ridgeback, a purebred Gryffindor except they got sorted into Hufflepuff :T

The Ridgebacks are a group of fearsome Gryffindors who own and tame a wide array of dragons in the wilderness close to the western edge of Ireland.
Fae is the first Ridgeback to be sorted into Hufflepuff, and they are not incredibly pleased, being raised by a bunch of 'Gryffs' they act as one, and are surprised that the sorting hat sees through their gruff and intimidating demeanour. Of course, not many other students see them as the kind, friendly, and loyal true to form Hufflepuff that they are.

Ridgebacks are known to be dragon tamers, and when a Ridgeback goes to Hogwarts, they wear the customary Ridgeback jewelry, a crown of dragon claws, a golden lower jawbone necklace, and fang studded rings.

Faelyn finds this quite acceptable, and wears them with pride, along with their Hufflepuff robes.
