She had always been close to the leader but these last few moons it seemed as though they were beginning to get closer than their leader/deputy relationship dictated. He couldn't help but wonder if either of their apprentices will mind that their mentors were going out without them but he knew they'd probably be up by now if they did.

The twoleg gently picked up the hurt she-cat and waited for Artemis to come in before closing the gate once more. Inside of the gate was a garden but there wasn't much there due to the current weather. Him and Artemis then walked inside and he started to try and help the injured cat.

Taking a breath, the medicine cat turned to Ivypaw and looked around the area they were in. "Do you scent anything? Or see anything you think might be useful?" He asked his apprentice. He was a bit taken aback when he saw a couple of cats run past. The long-haired tom shrugged it off. Maybe everyone was running to warm up against the frigid air. Weaselstripe and Dappleleaf didn't seem too concerned, so he didn't take much mind on it. He looked around the area. There wasn't a lot of greenery left. Maybe they could scrape some of the bark off of the alder trees?

B e e s t a r watched Blizzardclaw head off to take care of the patrols. She glanced back at the nursery - the kits had listened, and she hadn't been gone long, so the queen decided not to return to the den just yet. Instead, she decided she would spend time supervising the camp until all of the patrols had gone. Her gaze drifted across the camp to Riverstripe. She watched the warrior for a moment - it seemed as if he had been avoiding her since she had her kits. She wasn't close with the tom, but she felt the need to reassure every member of her Clan, and hoped she would find the time to speak with him today. She didn't like the thought of one of her Clan members being angry with her, for whatever reason. It made even less sense to her; the tom had been one of the most eager to visit her when she'd given birth. Maybe kits just make him uncomfortable... She toyed with the thought, unsure about what would indicate it, but he hadn't spoken to her much since, so it could be the reason.

Icy panic made his throat feel like it would close up, but he kept his large paws moving. The tom was scared - he hoped Tigerblaze wouldn't pick up on his fear scent as he fought to keep himself in check. Deertail padded towards the entrance, sitting down and curling his tails around his paws, his eyes trained on the apprentices' den where Goldenrose and Wolfpaw were.
