I know this is out of nowhere, and I really love this roleplay - but I genuinely just do not have the time to manage more than one at the moment. It's honestly very heartbreaking to do so because I LOVE this one, it's one of two that I'm very invested in, but sadly, all good things come to an end...

Unfortunately, as of now this roleplay is closed. I request that nobody recreate/remake it or anything similar with the same premise, as I worked hard on its format and information. I'm so, so, so sorry to do this, and I will genuinely miss all of you roleplayers. I hope to see you in other roleplays (most of you I already do, thankfully! <3). Thank you for a lot of fun and a lot of happiness!

Goodbye for now, friends, and thank you again for the fun here. <3

PeakClan

Petalstar 62 moons ★★★★★★★ Apprentice: Mate/Crush: Mentions: Thunderhowl Tags:
P e t a l s t a r was settled outside of her den with her paws tucked tightly under herself. The morning was chilly, in spite of the heavy sunshine beginning to filter into the open cave. Her pelt was thin, making the calico queen shiver when a sharp breeze blew through. Her deputy had already taken out the dawn patrol, so she had taken up her perch: the strip of rock extending out from her den. From here she could see every crack in the wall that her Clan called home. As soon as the camp filled with warriors, she would send out a hunting patrol.
For now, the queen was content. Petalstar knew that PeakClan hadn't faced many dangers in the last moon, and was confident that Thunderhowl would find the border quiet when she led her patrol along it. She purred softly to herself: this meant she was fulfilling her duties as leader, surely? As the Clan began to stir, Petalstar settled into more of a regal sitting position.

Redfeather 57 moons Apprentice: Mate/Crush: Mentions: Sunpaw, Thunderhowl Tags:
A ginger coat caught the sunlight filtering into the cave's cracked wall, illuminating where Redfeather made his nest. The tabby was lying still, sleepless, staring out into the camp. He was silent, though there was a baleful expression in his green eyes; a longing for something he could never have. Redfeather sometimes found getting up each dawn hard - but when he thought of his Clan and, the light of his life, Sunpaw, he was motivated to keep going. One needed to lie and reminisce on occasion, though, or at least Redfeather thought so. If he never allowed himself to grieve what was, he would forget about it, wouldn't he? Redfeather did not want to forget.
Finally the tom figured that the further the sun went in the sky, the more time he was wasting. He stood and gave his ginger pelt a shake, smoothing down a patch of his chest-fur with his tongue before padding out of the den. He leaped down from the den, his paws thudding softly on the cave's stony, grass-patched floor, and glanced around, not seeing Thunderhowl anywhere. The deputy's stale scent told him that she was no longer in the camp. He shrugged to himself and instead headed near the apprentices' den, hoping to catch Sunpaw before their mornings could begin.

Stormeye 46 moons Apprentice: Mate/Crush: Mentions: Petalstar, Tigerstar, Creekpaw Tags:
A n eagle cried, making Stormeye whip his head to the side. The tabby had been watching the sun rise just outside of camp, closer to the very peak of the mountain. Now his intense amber eyes scanned the skies for trouble. He finally spotted the eagle: too far away to scare him, soaring gracefully over the mountain's pine forest. He relaxed as he noticed how far away it was. The tom stood up and began to pad back inside of the camp. The cave-like dip in the ground had become familiar to him, though he had not been here long. He felt at home.
As he entered the den, Stormeye caught Petalstar's calico pelt outside of her den in the corner of his eye. He quickly turned his gaze: Tigerstar, the leader when she was just Petalfall, had allowed him here, now her. Petalstar had made it clear that if she'd been in charge, he wouldn't have been welcome in PeakClan. Nonetheless, the tom tried to please her. Now, Stormeye settled down and began grooming his pelt. He was thin - he hadn't been eating well lately. His thoughts wandered to Creekpaw. He missed sharing prey with her in the evenings, after their duties were complete. He hoped that she was being taken care of well.

Sparrowcall 39 moons Apprentice: Sunpaw Mate/Crush: Whiskerclaw (formerly) Mentions: Tags: Rabbitfur
S p a r r o w c a l l ' s breaths were soft and slow with sleep. Her back paws kicker out - in her dreams, she was chasing a hare over the open mountaintop. That's it, that's it, just a bit further... The dilute calico queen leaped, sailing off the ground, and she was just about to slam her paws down-
"Watch it!" Sparrowcall jerked awake, sitting up in alarm. She saw Rabbitfur glaring at her and ducked her head in embarrassment. "Sorry Rabbitfur...I was chasing rabbits in my dream, funnily enough!"

Rabbitfur 17 moons Apprentice: Mate/Crush: Mentions: Lostface Tags: Sparrowcall
T h e gray tabby had been fast asleep, his tail tucked over his nose, when two hindpaws connected to his back, nearly knocking him out of his nest. He woke with a start, his claws unsheathing as he faced his attacker: before realizing it was only Sparrowcall, moving around like a nervous squirrel in her nest. "Watch it!" He hissed, causing the queen to jerk awake with a prod of his paw.
"Sorry, Rabbitfur...I was chasing rabbits in my dream, funnily enough!" the queen said to him as her fur settled. Rabbitfur rolled his eyes. He glanced towards Lostface's nest. He didn't want to disturb his sister, so instead, stood up and hopped down out of the den without another word. He certainly had no interest in talking to Sparrowcall. She had her problems, and he didn't want to hear about them. It was easier for him to sit outside of the den and groom his pelt until Lostface woke up - so that's just what he was going to do.

Birdpaw 10 moons Mentor: Thunderhowl Mate/Crush: Mentions: Tags: Thunderhowl, Tumblestone, Crowthorn
B i r d p a w finished marking a tall stalk of grass, just outside of the scorched line. His mentor, Thunderhowl, had taken him on the dawn patrol, along with Tumblestone and Crowthorn. Now, as he rejoined the patrol, he glanced at her. The deputy was a powerful queen, next in line for leadership. Birdpaw had questioned Petalstar's decision when she chose her as his mentor: he was the leader's kit, and he didn't want Thunderhowl to go easy on him to appease Petalstar. Thankfully, he had been wrong, and she hadn't - she had trained him just as hard, if not harder, than any other apprentice in the Clan. She had high expectations, and Birdpaw was always happy to meet them.
Now, as he waited for the three warriors to regroup, his eyes traveled to the scorched line. He had seen it many times: the scorched, blackened stripe of earth running across the mountain, marking the border between PeakClan and PineClan. He had never dare set foot over it - nor, he realized, on it. The line was sacred and no grass grew along its path, which was cause enough for him to believe that if he touched it, perhaps his paw would fall off. Now, tentatively, the black-and-white tom touched the earth with his paw, his head tipped curiously.

Spiderdust 🕷 73 moons 🕷🕷 Apprentice: 🕷 Mate/Crush: 🕷 Mentions: Lionstar, Vixenbite🕷 Tags:
S p i d e r d u s t swept his tongue along his jaws, clearing away fresh blood. Beneath his paws was a forest rabbit, neck snapped by a ferocious bite. The dark tabby liked to start his days early. With Lionstar being unwell, Vixenbite had been handling the duties on her own; she was doing well, although the process had slowed down. Spiderdust picked the rabbit up in his jaws, irritation making his whiskers twitch and the tip of his tail flick. It's not that he didn't doubt Vixenbite - he just knew that he would do a better job. After all, he knew everything there was by now about Clan life, about the Warrior Code, even - he thought - about how to lead.
Spiderdust tried not to swell on these thoughts as he took the rabbit in his jaws. The broad tabby padded further into the forest, where he had buried a woodpecker earlier. He uncovered, and managed to fit it in his mouth along with the rabbit. Content with his catch and sure that he would be back out later, the tom headed back towards camp. Dawn light followed him as the sun rose above the pines.

Foxcloud 34 moons Apprentice: Rainpaw Mate/Crush: Mentions: Rainpaw Tags: Jaywing
F o x c l o u d rolled onto her side and heaved a sigh. The queen had been trying to fall back asleep for ages now, but no luck had allowed her to rest. Her eyes flickered to Jaywing - her brother was up, as usual, and was meticulously grooming his pelt. She gave him a nod, and he responded with a short wave of his tail. The queen stood up, just getting to her paws before breaking into a yawn.
The dilute calico padded from the den, scanning the camp. Her apprentice didn't seem to be awake yet. She sat down and began cleaning bits of mud from her claws. The dew had made the dirt at the den's entrance damp, sticking to her fur and between her toes. Soon, she had cleared her paws of it, and settled in to wait for Rainpaw.

Jaywing 34 moons Apprentice: Mate/Crush: Firewhisker Mentions: Tags:
J a y w i n g flicked his tail in greeting as Foxcloud awoke. She had been tossing and turning in her nest for at least as long as he had been awake, so it was no surprise from him when she got up and headed from the den almost immediately. The stone-gray tom was busy grooming, however. His work was thorough and precise, flattening every hair into place on his sleek pelt. He was in no hurry; no, he would groom as long as it took until his fur was perfect.

Featherpaw 🕸 8 moons 🕸🕸 Mentor: Bristlebush 🕸 Mate/Crush: 🕸 Mentions: 🕸 Tags: Rainpaw
F e a t h e r p a w snored softly, enjoying a peaceful sleep, until light began filtering into the den, waking her up. She blinked in its light, sneezing once, and then shifting into a sitting position so that it wouldn't shine directly into her eyes. Blinking away sleep, she stood up, her sleep black pelt entirely flattened by sleep. The queen padded towards Rainpaw. She prodded her sister's shoulder gently. "Hey, Rainpaw, wake up."

PeakClan

Fogsprint - 35 moons - PeakClan Warrior - Apprentice: Marigoldpaw - Tags:
Fogsprint slept peacefully in the warrior's den, a grey bundle of fur curled up in his nest. His ears twitched as he heard someone speak, faintly hearing Sparrowcall's and Rabbitfur's voices. He huffed and tucked his head farther towards his belly, trying to get a bit more sleep. He wasn't on dawn patrol that morning, so he wanted to get as much sleep as he could.

Puddlespring - 20 moons - PeakClan Warrior - Apprentice: Littlepaw - Tags: Littlepaw
Puddlespring was just waking up when Sparrowcall kicked Rabbitfur, hiding a mrrow of amusement as she stretched. After stretching a bit more and pulling the moss from her fur, she padded outside the den after Rabbitfur. She could see Petalstar up on the ledge, and felt a purr rise up in her throat. She had a feeling today was going to be a good day! Her stomach grumbled and she frowned, knowing that she should go hunting before she ate anything. Or at least make sure that someone brought fresh-kill over to Blossomcloud and Yewbriar. Maybe she could take Littlepaw out for hunting practice. Yes, that was a good idea.

With a smile and a bit of a chirp in her step, she padded over towards the apprentice's den to get her apprentice.

Yewbriar - 98 moons - PeakClan Elder - Tags:
Yewbriar slept soundly as the morning began and the camp begun to stir, his tortoiseshell pelt reflecting the specks of the morning sun that filtered in through the walls of the den.

PineClan

Rainpaw - 8 moons - PineClan Apprentice - Mentor: Foxcloud - Tags: Featherpaw
Rainpaw had been in the middle of a fantastic dream where she had taken down a falcon bigger than her, all by herself, when she was nudged awake by Featherpaw. "Mm, Featherpaw," She mumbled, blinking her eyes awake. "I was having the best dream." She said, getting to her paws and shaking the shreds of bedding off of her pelt. She looked tiny even next to her sister, but made a point to stand up taller to look bigger. She yawned and then shook the sleepiness from her. "Is it time to go?" She asked her littermate eagerly.

Jinx
4 Moons//Female//Rogue//Straight//Single//Tags: None, Open

The small she-cat was walking happily next to Flynn and she glanced up at the tom "So! What are-" but she got easily distracted by a bird and giggled before chasing after it. The bird, of course, easily spotted the loud she-cat and was quick to start flapping its wings but not before Flynn lunged and caught it "See! I helped!" She said and watched as the older tom dropped the bird, she sat down and began to eat.

Flynn had been quick to help catch the bird when Jinx began running after it and grinned at the kit's excitement at helping the tom catch their meal "Yes you did and you did a great job" He responded and chuckled before dropping the bird. He had caught a scent a while back, smelling like a bunch of different cats marking their territory but he had chosen to ignore it due to Jinx running around "But next time, be more careful. We don't know if there's other rogues roaming around" He warned in a serious tone before settling down and taking a bite of the bird.

A soft yawn escaped the small apprentices mouth and he opened his eyes. He noticed drool seeping out from his deformed jaw and was quick to wipe it away, glancing around to make sure no one else saw. He sighed softly and quickly groomed himself before heading towards the entrance of the apprentices den. He leapt down, ignoring the arc that he could've simply walked down, when he noticed his mentor walking towards the den. A small, shy smile grew on his face "M-morning PuddleSpring" He stuttered out.

PeakClan

"Scared to touch it?" Crowthorn's voice sounded from behind Birdpaw. He had just finished marking the far side of the border, and had returned to see the apprentice cautiously poking the ground near the scorched line with a paw. His eyes glinted with amusement as he added, "Don't worry, you won't catch on fire; I promise."

Hawkeye was curled up tight in her nest, her eyes squeezed shut and her tail draped over her nose. She was awake, but had been trying to fall back to sleep for the past few minutes. Finally, hearing the voices of her denmates as they arose, she gave up, accepting that she had gotten as much sleep as she was going to that morning. Still, she was in no rush to get up. She stretched out her legs as far as they would go, until she felt the tips of her toes touch fur, and craned over to see that she had touched Fogsprint. "Sorry," she apologized quietly as she retracted her legs, unsure if the tom was awake or not.

Gingerleaf pawed gingerly through her collection of herbs, making a mental note of which ones she was running low on. Her stomach growled, but she ignored it; she never felt very hungry in the mornings, despite her stomach's audible disagreement. She stilled as her paw settled on a couple of dried parsley leaves. When was the last time she'd needed parsley? Eight moons ago, she reminded herself quietly. She had always held onto a small supply of them, just in case the need ever arose--but the more she thought about it, it was unlikely she'd ever use them, and they just took up space in her den. Sighing, she collected them and any other old, dried-up herbs she found and padded out of her den with them, blinking against the pale early morning light.

Sunpaw was in a deep sleep, her back rising and falling rhythmically as she breathed. Sunlight was just barely beginning to filter into the den, warming her pale gold-and-white pelt and making it appear brighter than normal.

PineClan

Timberfoot was grooming himself in a quiet edge of camp, waiting for the rest of the clan to wake up and patrols to be sent out, when he spotted Foxcloud out of the corner of his eye. His bright, blue-green eyes lit up at the sight of the pretty dilute calico she-cat, but he made no move towards her right away. Instead, he continued grooming his red-brown fur, making sure he looked presentable before slowly rising to his paws and padding over to her. "Morning, Foxcloud," he greeted her casually.

"Missed a spot," Kestrelclaw's teasing tone came from beside Jaywing as he flicked the tom's shoulder with his tail. The pale spotted tabby had only been lying awake in his nest for a few minutes, but it had been long enough to watch Jaywing's entire process of grooming himself from head to tail. "Honestly, I don't think you could make your pelt any smoother."

Southwind shook out his sleep-ruffled pelt as he rose to his paws, only pausing to give himself a few quick licks to flatten the messiest parts of his fur before weaving his way through the den. His tail gently brushed over Swiftstep's ear on his way to the den exit, and he lifted it quickly, checking back to see if the she-cat had noticed.

Darkflower's gaze was on the slowly lightening sky above as she sat in camp. Her paws were itching to go out and hunt, and although she had initially wanted to wait to be sent out on patrol, she was now contemplating going out by herself after all. She could probably get out and be back with prey before Vixenbite even woke up, or at least she thought so. As she started instinctively heading towards the camp entrance, she nearly ran into Spiderdust, who was on his way back. She eyed his catch a bit enviously, trying to conceal any admiration. "Nice catch," she commented coolly.
