The sunjewel in my personal experience goes for 3-4 nons while the moonswirl goes for 2-3. The sunjewel also tends to get traded faster than the moonswirl so I'd personally keep the nonjewel

I agree with Lolly. The Sunjewel has better demand and people tend to value it higher than the Moonswirl. I would also keep the Sunjewel.
As for the first trade; the Drink Me is currently being valued at 5-6 nons. On average, people have been valuing the following pets: Jewelled Liontail = 2-3 nons, Patchwork = 1.5 nons, Bengal = 1.5 nons, totalling to 5-6 nons as well. I've noticed that owners of store pets like these are quite particular about what they want, probably because they would've had a hard time obtaining the pet in the first place. It might just be a case of them wanting something else, or they may value your pets and theirs differently.

I think it kinda goes without saying that they're overpaying lol. They just want a date swap and they're offering to add to their side to do so. Given that rereleases and true dates are worth the exact same (some are just willing to overpay for true-dates as you can see here) this is a pretty solid offer if you don't want the true date rat for your own collection.
