Weaselpaw watched Gingerblaze closely. Then he jumped down form his tree and snapped at the tail lightly of the rabbit in the direction of Rabbitleg.

Oatkit bounced towards her and pawed her leg, "I want to be a medicine cat, just like you! Your the greatest!!"

Scorchfire smiled and walked toward the freshkill pile and took a rabbit. He walked over to Nightstep, "Want to share?"

Gingerblaze walked slowly closer to Rabbitleg, in case the prey tried to dodge.

Nightstep looked at it and nodded, "Sure." he said jumping form his branch.

Ashcloud raised her tail happily. "You bet it is."

Breezestar nodded, sitting the prey down in front of him. "So, how have you been, Longfang?" She asked.

Rabbitleg lept, grabbing it under his paws.

Lostsoul laughed, "Someone's in a good mood."

Tallfang sighed, "I've been okay. I miss patrolling and hunting though."

Gingerblaze smiled and walked over to Rabbitleg.

Oatkit gasped, his tiny pink mouth gapping, "Really?! I want to be the best medicine cat EVER!! Will you be my teacher?"

Rabbitlegs lifted his paws off the dead rabbit. "God job, everyone!" He said.

Beezestar rested her tail on the tom's shoulders for comfort. "I imagine. But there is a time in almost every cat's life when he or she must give up those duties, and move to the Elders Den, to share their many wise words to the younger generatations, and they are some of the most respected cats in the Clan." She meowed.

Ashcloud flicked her tail. "Yeah. It's such a beautiful day, and everything is great. Why not be in a good mood?" She said, partly wondering out loud.

She said, wondering if the kit just wanted the glory of being a medicine cat, but she knew he wasn't like that.
