I usually like half and half designs. I like how well the colors go together. IMO, the concept is a bit overused ( half and half, demon cat, hated by society,etc,). I like that the tail is more of a dragon tail then a cat tail. One thing that bothers we about the design is the eye on the black half. At first glance, it looks like a white oval. It's hard to make out where the actual eye is. Again, the story I think is overused, but it does not bug me a bunch. 7.5 / 10??





This is [removed]. She's a kittydog. Me and my friend share her.
She works at a bakery that her two dads own. The bakery is on a boardwalk. It's a small place, but very well known in the area. She is adopted, but here little sister is related to one of her dad's. I won't go into the story, as it has nothing to do with Momo. Her mother was a teen when she had her, and decide to put her up for adoption. Thankfully, she still has a good relationship with her birthmom. She is 19 now

momo is incredibly cute and put together! I love the simplicity and
the complexity that we're able to be made one. the color palette seems
slightly overused, as it is common in many characters. Overall her backstory,
while slightly bland, makes sense with her present self. Perhaps you could
spice the backstory up a bit or give more detail? ^^ The art style is absolutely
adorable by the way, I would say a solid 7.5/10.

April (Ali) Piper has a tendency to be shy, temperamental, humorous, as
well as, emotional. She tries her best to fit in but sadly judgment
is against her. she was born the middle child in her family so she is usually
ignored or forgotten by her family. Appearance can be deceiving, she
generally plasters a smile on her face but in reality, feels rejected by her
family and her friends who seem more interested in associating with anyone
but her. She has a fear of being alone and forgotten, which is already
partially true, but she is hopeful that can change, someday.

she enjoys walks outside, long car rides, chocolate-covered peanuts,
in small quantities though to prevent a stomachache due to her sugar
sensitivity. her friend group is sparse, but it usually is filled with quality
friends which make up for the lack in the quantity section. She adores
pets, and especially love rodents. she hopes to get a pet rat or rabbit.
she is fifteen years of age, bisexual, and attends Grove High School.
She is a generally a good student, but she will sometimes get into
quarrels or fights over things that could appear petty to the naked eye.

she also has a fear of driving, darkness, loneliness, and choking.

She's super cute! Her backstory, while I think a bit on the cliche side with the very typical 'middle child syndrome' is still very down to earth and relatable! I think design wise my biggest issue is the segmented tail, since it doesn't mesh well with the rest of the design in my opinion? Especially for a character with a more 'slice of life/everyday' story. Side note her name is really cute and fits the character well, I like it quite a lot!

His backstory and information can be found here! Some short notes is he's a kitsune ( specifically a 'zenko' kitsune if you know anything about Japanese mythology laughs-- ) but he only has one tail due to being relatively young. He takes care of an inner city shrine due to the previous elderly master of the shrine taking him in when he was injured. The red streaks in his hair are dyed, something he did in memory of the old shrine keeper who had similar dyed streaks. He has a bad sense of 'friend or foe' and will take in pretty much anyone that comes to the shrine seeking asylum, which does tend to bite him in the tail. He's too empathetic for his own good.

ok i like him but theres not much going on which dont get me wrong thats a good thing! but its like...too basic?
he... kinda looks like he was made in a character creator. i like him please dont take offense but hes just a lil bland!
i do love the backstory tho, good job on that

she throws a fit if things dont go her way, shes a priss, pretty much just a girl who thinks she deserves anything and everything.

While she does have a cute design I'm,,, not a huge fan of characters made as a part of an already-existing group
She's also quite simple, while that can be good for easy commissions, I'm more a fan of complex and unique designs ^^
She's also a bit too cartoon-esque for my tastes? Reminds me a lil bit of Mickey mouse which again isn't a bad thing if you're into that style, it's just not my cup of tea personally

I love the color scheme, and his outfit + wings! The soft reds/yellows/whites/browns are really pleasing to the eye. The concept behind his story is definitely a known trope, but it's still effective, and it's intriguing that he's out for revenge!

Created in a lab, It was designed to be a weapon, but the AI got corrupted and It has no desire to hurt people. It's very friendly, and it ran away from its creator so that it wouldn't have to fulfill its intended purpose.

I love this guy and i think it's really neat!! The window that shows the heart/wires is a nice contrast to the otherwise simple design. I also like the palette a lot, and the screen face and glowy claws are so cute! The only negative is I dont really like the feet, they look a little awkward to me? The rest is perfect though. Friendly characters originally made to be weapons are always cool

he's an esk, a ghostly nature spirit. he's pretty friendly and tries to get along with every esk and sea creature regardless of their reputation. he has an elemental power that allows him to control sea spray, along with some flyingfish familiars.

his tail is made out of magnesite rock.

7/10 - i love this lil guy what the heck... i've never really been the biggest fan of "creature" characters if that makes sense? but i LOVE the colors on this guy and i think the backstory is really awesome! very unique character :)) i like his flipper feet too!

holliday? she's a savannah cat and very, VERY dramatic! she likes to be the center of attention and, well, why wouldn't she be? in her opinion, she's just too cute not to have the attention on her. art and design by me :>

What an adorable character! I love the color scheme and her markings. They're simple yet interesting to look at. Her collar compliment her design and eyes. I can imagine those stripes and spots would be kind of tedious to draw after awhile though.

How about Finn? His story isn't very fleshed out but he's a frail runaway prince who fled his home because those around him weren't the greatest to him. He dreamed to be a knight rather then a king, like his uncle who treated him like his own.

w-what a cutie!!!!! finn's color scheme.. is so soft yet simple which i am a huge fan of... the pastel colors
work so well together and his outfit compliments the whole design and makes it feel complete. the knight's
helmet is something i don't normally see on characters like this one and it is pulled off so well when
accompanied by the small pink flowers. the dress totally contradicts the knight's helmet, but the two seem
to fit so perfectly together in this design. this character is so pleasing to the eye!! i also really love his
backstory although its a wip!!
