appearance: Swanpelt is a large, lilac lynx point longhair with white paws, blue eyes, and several large scars across his back.

personality: In nearly all things, Swanpelt's driving force is his greed. It is easy to see greed as a bad thing, and indeed it certainly can be, but for Swanpelt, things are not so simple. He is not the sort to become complacently satisfied with the way things are. Instead, he is always searching for more. This drive to improve his situation keeps him constantly working to better himself, and encourages him to maintain a high level of self-awareness as he continuously questions his wants and needs. The result is an ambitious cat who knows himself well. At his worst, Swanpelt can be competitive, petty, and selfish as he constantly seeks more of everything, be it the best prey, first place in a contest, or a tom's heart. Fortunately, a good social standing is also something Swanpelt is always wanting more of, and that desire usually keeps his behavior in check, but it might not be enough to win everyone over.
history: Twenty-eight moons ago, twin brothers were born to LightningClan. One kit was solid white and noticeably larger than his brother, so he was called Swankit, after the similarly large, white bird. In keeping with the bird name theme, his brown tabby sibling was called Whinchatkit, and the two grew until they were old enough to become apprentices. As Swanpaw, he discovered he had remarkable agility for a cat of his size. That quality, coupled with a pair of powerful hind legs, aided him in becoming an accomplished hunter of arboreal prey. In distinguishing himself as such, Swanpaw was deemed ready to take on his warrior name, and became Swanpelt. Shortly thereafter, he felt emboldened to invade the nest of a local falcon by himself and earned the parent's ire. While he did manage to defeat the falcon, he was seriously injured in the fight. Swanpelt made a full recovery, but was left with several large scars across his back from the falcon's talons. Of these, he is rather proud.
In Swanpelt's time as a warrior, he has forged both friendships and rivalries. His two least favorite cats are Dovestream and Hawkfeather. In Dovestream's case, he sees her as a liability. If Dovestream's mother was so disloyal as to abandon LightningClan, then the traitor's kin, with her tainted blood, is little better. Swanpelt personally believes that Dovestream's mystery father was probably an outsider as well. In his opinion, LightningClan does not need such weak-minded warriors. Instead, the clan, his clan, needs more strength.
Swanpelt's feelings towards Hawkfeather, however, stem from jealousy and competition. Echostorm is one of Swanpelt's favorite LightningClan cats, and the fact that her brother always seems to be hanging around and tagging along behind her irritates Swanpelt. He would rather have as much attention from his friends as possible, and he does not want anyone else interfering in that.
Echostorm, along with Badgersnow, are Swanpelt's closest friends. Both she-cats can be sharp-tongued and challenging to get along with in their own ways, but that is exactly what Swanpelt likes about them. They pose a challenge. In his quest for more social prowess, befriending them seemed like the ultimate test of his abilities. His goal is to earn their trust, respect, and affection, and become closer to them than any other cat is.

personality: Whinchatclaw is unarguably the more charitable of the two brothers. He is a responsible cat who considers the well-being of LightningClan in all he does, and strives to uphold the warrior code to the best of his ability. Whinchatclaw is so invested in being a good warrior that he thinks of little else. A long history of overworking himself has followed him since apprenticehood, but not amount of effort ever seems to be enough to satisfy him. He takes the bare minimum of breaks simply to ensure his body remains in working condition, but abhors sitting about idly. Instead, he is always among the first to volunteer for tasks, and likes to spend his free time hunting and patrolling until he is exhausted. If he could have one magic wish, it would be to never have to waste time sleeping again.

As soon as Whinchatpaw was named an apprentice, he set to work showing his dedication with an impressive diligence. He was constantly practicing the techniques he had most recently been taught and seeing to his chores without being asked. In particular, he showed a natural inclination towards hunting small prey, such as rodents and amphibians, but his strongest skill has always been combat. It was his fighting abilities that he was eventually named for in his warrior ceremony. Whinchatclaw never forgot his zeal to serve his clan and continues to this day to work his paws off for LightningClan's sake.
He cares deeply about all of his clanmates, but struggles with feelings of resentment towards Leopardstar. Whinchatclaw knows the importance of respecting his leader, but what that leader was a kittypet, he has a hard time accepting it. At the moment, Leopardstar is the only cat Whinchatclaw has any problem with. Everyone else has his support and respect, but like most cats, Whinchatclaw has a few who are dearer to him than others. His best friend would have to be Hawkfeather, whose relaxed, compassionate nature is easy to get along with. If there is any cat Whinchatclaw would prefer to "waste time" socializing with, Hawkfeather would be at the top of his list. A close second would have to be Mothpaw. While Whinchatclaw is not her mentor, he still feels drawn to her as a sort of "older brother" figure. Her energy and attitude are refreshing, making her his favorite of the current apprentices. Actually, if he is honest with himself, Mothpaw is his second favorite. The winner of that competition would have to be Robinpaw. His feelings towards Mothpaw are strictly platonic, but Robinpaw is another story. As a cat who has overworked himself more times than there are leaves on a tree, he is a frequent visitor to the medicine den. The result of spending so much time with both Peachnose and Robinpaw is a natural fondness. Both cats are easy to get along with, but Robinpaw is something special. The way his heart flutters whenever she is near, and his heart melts at the sound of her voice is undeniable, but so, so wrong. Whinchatclaw cannot help how he feels, but he knows that these feelings are forbidden. Robinpaw and his growing infatuation with her is his greatest joy and deepest shame.

personality: Darrel is quiet to the extreme. He could easily pass for mute in many circumstances, but he is capable of speech. He simply chooses not to. It is difficult to say if this is a natural tendency or the result of countless moons of solitude. Darrel much prefers to communicate through gestures when he deems necessary. He will ignore others if their questions or comments do not interest him. Only when Darrel feels communication is truly important and it is not possible to do so with gestures will he speak, and even then, it is almost always in short, single-word responses. Darrel seems to have little patience for others in general, and is especially irritable towards talkative and dependent cats. He cannot stand kits.
history: Darrel has spent much of his life in complete solitude, but he is no stranger to living with others either. He can recall some periods of his past that were spent as a member of various loose, loner groups, which he tolerated surprisingly well. His often-intimidating silence, coupled with many moons of experience, made him a valuable asset during raids. Even though he is currently living alone, Darrel will still trespass readily if he feels doing so would be to his benefit. He sees LightningClan cats as silly, superstitious ferals that are too wrapped up in their traditions to know their heads from their tails, and since he knows they will chase him away on sight, he is none too fond of the clan.

@White Night Fantasy they can be somewhat close if you'd like them to be, though note that for Hiddenmoon close is still fairly distanced. She's a very secretive feline who doesn't like to be told what to do or influenced by others so don't be surprised if she disappears for a while without telling anyone lol

physical description/appearance: Black and mulitble shades of brown. some white also. Large she-cat with yellow eyes

Personality: Harsh and sometimes can be vicious, very protective of her soon to be kits. Once you earn her trust she will be loyal to you even after she joins starclan.
History: Swiftfur was abandoned when she was about a moon old, and her littermates were soon killed by monsters and taken by twolegs. She learned to hunt by herself and found a cat named Bloodsnow. She thought they would be together forever until Bloodsnow died while protecting Swiftfur from a fox. After that, she had noticed that she was carrying his kits. She had found Lighting clan while hunting and has been with them for 3 moons.
