"You seem to love having powers. How long have you been here?" she inquired. She wasn't used to hers, yet; and she wasn't about to tell the other two about the terrible fatigue she felt if she used them too long... after all, nobody else had mentioned it.

"Fine... and not long. I just got here today... I was walking through the forest like the old lady told me to and I figured out I could shoot lightning and run faster... don't ask how... and I saw you guys and you were talking about cake..." Mikey said then grinned evily. "I won't shoot lightning bolts if you fly or turn invisable... at least for a moment."

Carmen shook her head.
"Breakfast first. Experimenting with new abilities afterwards." she sighed again. She'd been doing a lot of that since this girl had burst in that morning. Aside from that, it was making her feel oddly calm. Irritated, but calm.

Mikey's face fell for a moment then he smiled evily again"Fine, but if we don't I'm going to start shooting the trees. I can't wait to see if fish can scream... and if they can what it sounds like!"

" Yay! Screaming fish and charred trees!" Arctic whooped and fist pumped the air. "soo..where do we eat breakfast?"

"Alrighty then. Soo...breakfast..." Carmen went back inside the house to the bottom floor, where a convenient small stash of berries and other edible plants had been set up for visitors. She didn't know whether Sam had been eating anything else, seeing as 'Mikey' had just arrived and Arctic had, apparently, been underwater for the past few days- but this was what she'd been eating.

"ohh..berries! not as good as cake but better than kelp!" Arctic stared intently at the berries infront of her. She wanted to eat them all but she restained hherself." how many do we each get?"
