As she herded her young team out of the little inn, waving goodbye to the friendly lady at the front desk, Eva sighed in content. The sun was shining, the weather was lovely, and each of her pokémon seemed to be getting along great. As they stepped out onto the streets, Eva took a moment to glance around, taking in the sights and the sounds of the big city. Pedestrians strolled down the city streets in throngs

"Cool, isn't it?" Eva said, looking down at the Froakie, Eevee, Dedenne, and Popplio. Neptune and Sinatra seemed enthralled by the town around them, although her other two smaller partners seemed a big overwhelmed. Taking pity, Eva kneeled down to recall them into their pokéballs instead of making them walk by foot.

As Marigold and Circuit happily returned to the capsules, and both Neptune and Sinatra hopped up onto her shoulders for transportation, Eva spotted the golden-red glint of something lying in the edge of a gutter. She reached out to grab it, coming up with a sightly dull, but no less effective Fire Stone!

"Hey, nice!" she said, before pocketing the evolutionary stone. Sinatra sniffed at it as she did so, chirping curiously. Eva reached up with one hand, giving the little seal some scritches behind the ear and then stroking her partner Neptune when he let out indignant cries at being ignored. "Alright, then. Where to next?"

Smiling I call out my new Pokemon from it's ball, eyes glimmering as the sun hits the soft, blue fur of our new companion. I pat my Zacian on the head and say to it, "How do you like the name Zorro?" "Bwooh!" The wolf howls out in approval before gently nudging my side. I laugh before looking at the others. "Are you guys ready to start training. Especially you two, River and Sensei. We need to get you leveled up so you don't lag behind"

The cheery chirping of Fletching's and Taillow's was Bonni's first hint that it was morning. The next was a small furry white paw in her face; Higgs was gently pawing her nose. "Ok, ok, I'm up!" she replied, smiling. Higgs bounced happily away and started running in circles excitedly. After a refreshing stretch, she went to check on the Charmeleon. He seemed far less nervous, which would make their trip to the Pokecentre easier. "Alright, now who wants breakfast?" A resounding chorus of happy hungry Pokemon answered her.

After making some campfire eggs and bacon (with a generous serving for the Charmeleon), Bonni packed up her gear and the team headed back toward the Pokecentre. Lots of tiny bird Pokemon were out and about, likely due to the rain last night. The morning was nice and sunny though, and would make a great day for an ocean visit. Her team seemed slightly disappointed they weren't heading there straight away, but they understood that helping Charmeleon had to come first. Star Saber, the trainers newly dubbed Zamazenta, was the most understanding and offered the shiny Pokemon, who was still wrapped in a blanket, a ride on it's back as they walked.

As they approached the town, Bonni stayed next to the Legendary, placing a hand on it's back near the Charmeleon. "It's ok." she reassured the fire lizard. "The people in this town are friendly. We'll head straight to Nurse Joy, you'll like her." From her front pocket, a loud "Piiii-chu!" seemed to agree. Higgs marched ahead of them like he was on guard.

Emilia swung off of Hiro's back, slowly inching closer to the pokemon. "Hey little guy... You alright?" she asked with a smile, though the umbreon recoiled slightly once it saw Hiro approaching behind her, and cinder perched on her shoulder. Emilia gently nudged the lion back, and placed the small lizard on his back before turning back to the umbreon and crouching next to it. "What happened hun?"

recent battle with a stronger pokemon.

it was weak, and you could tell because
the light in its light blue rings was dim.

if you didn't help it in time..

it may not wake up.

because of its weak state.
