Gwen smiled wickedly when she saw the wolves preparing for a fight. She stood back from the crowd getting ready for the wolves to make their first strike.

Ryder wouldn't make the first. The best offense was a good defense. He glared at the lions angrily. He snarled as they got dangerously close.

[Rikutsu]

Along with the lions came a strangely familar wolf hanyou. His ice blue eyes locked onto Rina and she snarled at him. "Come now, Rin. You don't remember your old crush?" he asked mockingly. Rina stopped snarling and blinked. ...Kole...? she ventured. He nodded and she hesitated, wanting to run over and greet him. She knew it could be a trap...she slowly took a step forward and then stopped, unsure.

Aw, dang, Not good! Ryo said to Ryder. He stepped forward. We can't let Kole play his mind games on Rina! he told Ryder, snarling at said wolf.

Ruka watched with worried eyes. Kole had joined the magic-users?

Ryder got in front of Rin. "get lost kole." Ryder said dangerously. His muscles rippled from the anger he was holding back. His ears were way back and flat against his skull. His eyes wide with fury.

[Rikutsu]

"The Magic-users aren't as bad as you think, Rin." Kole said, ignoring the alpha standing in front of him. "You could come with me. You don't have to be alpha female with these bunch of idiots." he stepped closer, but stopped at Ryder's warning snarl. He snarled back a challenge. Rina stood, wide eyed. Kole was challenging Ryder? And he wanted her to go with him?

Ryo kept the lions back, wishing he could get closer to Rina so he could tell her not to pay any attention to Kole's trap. Ruka helped him keep the lions back, bristling and snapping at them while Ryder, Kole and Rina talked. The lions where holding back. Was there a plan involved here?

Ryder growled again in warning. "rin don't listen to him it's a trap." Ryder took a powerful step forward ignoring koles weak growl.

[Saeli]

As Kole kept the wolves occupied, Gwen lit up her hand with fire aiming to attack the alpha but waiting until he was in the right position. She looked to see if the other two magic users around were prepared or slacking as usual. Looking at the lions she nudged ones foot willing it to attack a wolf.

[Rikutsu]

Rina looked at Ryder as he stepped forward against Kole. But...he was my friend... she said, still rooted to the spot. She wanted to believe Kole, but at the same time...she knew Ryder was right. This all very well could be a trap. If they managed to capture her, then the whole pack would crumble.

One of the lions lunged at Ruka! She yelped as it's fangs sunk into her shoulder. Snarling, she fought back, viciously snapping at the lion and tearing into it's face. Blood filled her mouth, metallic and salty.

Ruka! Ryo snarled and attacked the second lion as it tried to catch his sister from behind as she fought the first one. He inwardly hoped that Ryder was smart enough to keep an eye on Rina and not get involved with Kole if this was a trap.

Kole lunged at Ryder, fangs snapping at his throat. "She's mine!" he gowled, pinning the alpha beneath him and sinking his teeth into the fur around his neck. He had to hold Ryder's attention so Gwen could capture the alpha-to-be-female. (Thout I'd twist it up, there! lol)

Ryder pushed kole off of him. He got a good swipe across koles face and tackled him to the ground. He got his sharp teeth around koles neck and clenched down. He had a death grip that it was nearly to escape unless he let go.....

Seeing the fight break out and the alpha female standing there confused, Gwen nodded to the other Magic-users. Together the three of them ran up and Gwen shot fire at the wolfs side as a distraction for the man to put a muzzle on the wolf. The third magic user had the ropes for when the muzzle was securely put.
