one of my bad habits is biting my nails. I do wish to stop, but half the time I'm not even aware I am doing so, I'lldo it when I'm anxious if there is nothing in my hands to fiddle with. Another I have is spacing out and letting my mind wander. No clue why I do that, but I do and it's annoying sometimes.

not EVERY day, but most of the time. unless it's cleaning day or something, it's just basic easy stuff - unload the dishwasher, fold clothes, stuff like that.
