Try as she might, Bonni couldn't keep her eyes closed; that small noise was setting her nerves on edge. She fully opened her eyes, and realized she couldn't see. It must have been just past midnight. Grabbing her flashlight, Bonni got up as quietly as she could - but her movement startled her Pichu awake, and it grabbed her leg as she was leaving. "It's ok Chiaa! Here." she whispered, gently scooping the Pichu up into her arms before heading to the stairs.

She walked up the stairs slowly, trying not to make an sudden creaky noises. She didn't want to startle her other Pokemon...or whatever was in the attic. Maybe the wind had knocked something loose instead?

When they got to the top and had moved down the hallway a bit, Bonni could see that someone had already pulled the attic ladder down. How long it had been down, she didn't know. She held Chiaa close and held her flashlight between her teeth, carefully edging up the ladder. At the top, she clicked it on and swung the light around the room, trying to pinpoint the direction of the noise...

Bonni started - she hadn't expected the Charmeleon to dash away. She knelt down to the ground and lowered her light. She didn't remember seeing any gaps in the building, so she didn't think that the Pokemon got accidentally wet, but who knew? It could have been in a serious battle and chose to hide in here. Regardless of the circumstance, she couldn't just leave it here alone and unwell.

"It's ok buddy, we won't hurt you." the trainer called out as softly as she could, though her voice was still a little hoarse from waking up not long ago. "Piii~" a long, tired sounded noise came from her pocket. Chiaa stumbled out, and waddled as best as she could toward the crates in the corner. She must have seen the Charmeleon; she was even carrying half of a Pokepuff she was eating before bed!

Bonni sat back on her heels and watched, lighting the Pichu's path. She decided she was far less intimidating than her trainer. "Piii-chu. Chu!" Chiaa called out to the other Pokemon, reassuring it there was nothing scary around...

When you finally wake up, the same glowing eyes seem to be watching you in the distance. Strange. Maybe the Pokémon wanted to show you this place?

I wake then sit up, stretching, before looking around, noticing River was playing with Sensei, but not seeing Sugar with them. I glance around for the shiny Gogoat only to find her standing in front of where the glowing eyes are. I start to walk up to her before stopping, as a wild pokémon jumps out of the brush and stands about 4-5 feet in front of me.

Temp Mod Notes: Right now I'm in a field, about to encounter either a shiny Zacian or Shiny Zeraora if shiny Zacian wasn't available. I've paid my shells for them to my Moderator in advance.
