Is this fair?

slightly unfair to you rarity wise, since your uncommon is a 2010 and theirs is 2011.

i'd also say its unfair to you demand wise, because your malks are of the higher demand kinds, while the fish and owls are harder to trade off depending.

Actually the uncommons fall within the three month rule of eachother and demand is just personal reference. If they're personally interest in the pets being offered, I'd say it's fair.

Was a MAJOR overpay on their part. Even if the food URs dont have as good demand as the regular pets URs, it's still worth a non, which your side didnt even come close to
