Australia needs your help! Get rewarded with MYOs for making a real difference.
Fires have been ravaging the Australian bush. It's up to us to fund resources to help the country and wildlife recover.
Did you know that you can help without paying a penny?
MYOs earned in this event can have unlimited unnatural colors. Make that sparkledog of your dreams - let's do it for Australia !!
How to Participate:
Follow the instructions below to help fund the recovery for free, then fill out the form(s) below to receive your reward. Make sure you have permission before using Ecosia or Tab for a Cause if you are a minor or your computer / phone does not belong to you!
Optionally, you can also donate real money to a charity of your choice. Send me a note on DA @ WajaGirlCS if you're interested in this for more information. Do not PM me here! These special MYOs will give you access to the craziest of edits in addition to unlimited unnatural colors.
Instructions:
Ecosia
Today (Thursday) only, Ecosia is funding trees to replant Australia. Search away !!
1) Set Ecosia as your search engine. The extension can be found here in the Google Chrome store.
2) Take a screenshot with your CS username in the search bar! Make sure that there is no other personally identifying information or inappropriate content on your screen, including other tabs' names, local ads, etc.
3) Upload your screenshot to a website like Imgur and link the image in your form.
Tab for a Cause
By placing ads on your home screen, Tab for a Cause uses ad revenue to donate money to charity. Earn hearts for each new tab you open and donate them to Conservation International to help protect plants and animals around the world.
1) Set Tab for a Cause as your home page. The extension can be found here in the Google Chrome store.
2) On your home page, click on the dots in the top right of your screen to open your settings. Add notes to your home page. Feel free to customize your page however you want while you're here!
3) Go back to your home page and make a new note at the top left with your CS username in it.
4) Take a screenshot of your home page! Make sure that there is no other personally identifying information or inappropriate content on your screen, including other tabs' names, local ads, etc.
5) Upload your screenshot to a website like Imgur and link the image in your form.
Free Rice
While not directly related to the bushfires, Free Rice is also a great way to help the world by giving to people in need. It is run by The United Nations World Food Programme.
1) Earn grains of rice by playing on Free Rice.
2) Take a screenshot of how many grains of rice you have donated! Make sure that there is no other personally identifying information or inappropriate content on your screen, including other tabs' names, local ads, etc.
3) Upload your screenshot to a website like Imgur and link the image in your form.
